UPDATE - Sutton ZERO vote anomaly

Somewhere heads are rolling:

"ZERO!?! You gave him ZERO votes!?! No one is going to believe THAT. Why didn't you give him five or so?!?"
 
Bluegrass, please ask this person to go public if his town did their job and the variance is at the state level. Gently remind this good person that it is a patriotic duty, and a thing that could only be proven, in all probability, by a small, all-American town.
 
DO NOT contact Sutton

Sutton is not a County, it is a town. I don't think that it is a good idea to call the town. The person who brought this up is going through those channels.

I think our job as "outsiders" to the original issue is to keep people apprised of the situation and be vocal about wanting a recount.

Even if it was just a mistake, how many mistakes were made? I think it also may help if the media gets it out there that there are people who are paying attention and we won't let it go unnoticed.

This is the decision of this person. I would have my own concerns if it were me. If this turns out bigger than it already is, it could be a lot of trouble for this person, so they are trying to be careful. They are doing what they feel they CAN do right now. They are trying to talk to the campaign too. I think that is the best step for this person.

The big issue we need to find out is:

1) Was this on the Sutton end? was it a mistake that they made counting or calling it in?
2) Was this on the state end, where the tally is counted and added up, and thus certified.

If it is option 1 that sucks, but may mean we only lost some votes. If it was option 2 that would be very bad as it could have effected the entire state count.
 
what other counties did he receive 0% in, we can raise more hell and get more votes out.

Yeah, good luck with that. Getting people to vote is hard enough, now you want them to get involved again. That's not going to happen. This needs to be handled by the NH GOP.
 
I think this good person of Sutton is proceeding properly. I don't think we need to deluge the state, the county or the town--yet. The last thing we should do is aggrivate this person's perfectly understandable desire not to be the eye of a firestorm.

Bluegrass, please thank this person heartily for being a damn good American and keep us posted.

Call it fraud, call it a mistake. Bottom line is Ron Paul was robbed of votes!

Counting votes is a big responsiblity and not one to be taken lightly. Missing 1 out of 100 votes would be one thing, missing 37 out of 37 is quite another.

just have someone call sutton and find out for self.....that person will not have to come out then...because we will know for sure he got 31 votes....the person who brought this out does not have to be outed....how hard is it to call and see if rp did get 31 votes from sutton????
