The article references UK and Dutch accusing russia of hacking the investigation of poisoning of ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal, Canada for going after their anti-doping, and surprisingly the MH17 missing airplane investigation.

Fair enough, but then, to what purpose?

We are assuming the "deep state" or "TPTB" or the "MIC", whatever you want to call it, they want these things to happen and that furthermore they control the election process.

So why promote such a divisive and difficult figurehead as Trump?

Why not install another telegenic, politically correct, pliable, puppet like Obama?

My POV is that it was time to get a president in that would create division, hate, & wailing & gnashing of teeth so much that everyone's eye would be completely off the man-behind-the-curtain.

It has worked beautifully. Trump can do lottsa bad things & few supporters will even acknowledge it because- you know- the MSM & TPTB hate him.

We all know that he had a cozy little meeting with the Clintons before he ran. Was that to conveniently figure out how to "attack" each other in public plus how handle it if he was the winner? His big "Lock Her Up" carp at his campaign meetings were just BS.

I also think the whole impeachment stuff was a ruse. Trump's done plenty of stuff that could be a cause for impeachment (As have many presidents). Choosing something was not going to fly was on purpose. Again: JMHPOV.

From what i can find the proof that they hacked them is based phishing emails they received? So they received some phishing emails from them and that's the proof?

They did more than a few phishing emails, it mentions onsite wifi cracking at multiple locations to gain network access, after which they then planted software to put in backdoors and search for other records. They also list IPs used, domains created for false logins, etc. That's the court filings and not a technical breakout of what they did but it appears it was not all remote. Plenty of other more tech sites listing info if you search for fancy bear.
