UNREAL! Obama Is Now FLYING Illegal Alien Children to US on Taxpayer Dime (VIDEO)

Hopefully one day folks will realize this will all stop when WE stop paying for it and stop allowing it.

I am one of thousands taking a moral stand and refusing to pay, we grow by the day.

There is no government, just people exercising rights they don't have... Because they can.

Mike Church goes into detail while explaining James Madison's view on immigration basked on the report that Madison wrote for the Virginia legislature. Gets juicy at the 7:43 mark.

Two key points:
1. The federal government never had authority to control immigration, only the states
2. The U.S. Constitution never applied to illegal aliens despite what our fraudulent courts say. Only citizens are parties to the constitution.

http://www.mikechurch.com/transcrip...ripts/james-madison-on-taxes-and-immigration/

At the same time, the House of Representin’, in 1795, in January of 1795, is considering also a bill to write a uniform rule of naturalization. Way, way back in the day they were considering immigration? Yes, they were. Folks, ladies and gentlemen, you would not believe the bigotry. You would not believe the dripping bigotry that comes from the pen of Jimmy Madison when he writes to Pendleton warning about: Wait a minute now, we don’t want to import certain kinds of individuals because they’re going to cause problems. Let’s deal with the nobility first, or in dealing with this we get to the part about nobility. Here’s what Madison writes to Pendleton. By the way, this applies to today’s debate over immigration, today’s discussion in the House of Representin’ that’s going to go on over the Senate-passed immigration bill, the amnesty bill that many believe is going to spell the end, if you’re of this variety, the end of the Republican Party as it has been described. This is relevant to today...

http://www.mikechurch.com/transcrip...either-theyre-alien-enemies-or-alien-friends/

If a one-size-fits-all solution won’t work for 311 million when it comes to healthcare, why in dude’s holy name do some of you believe it will work when it comes to immigration? Every state is unique. Every locality is unique. It would seem to me that the populations of those states and localities would be unique. One locality may say: Yes, we have lots of asparagus, lots of lettuce and bell peppers. We need pickers. People don’t like picking but we can import alien friends here and they’ll do the picking. You can actually legalize that, too. You can make them legal members of your state. There is nothing in the Constitution that says you can’t. You can’t naturalize them as American citizens, but you can treat them as alien friends. That’s what the whole fight over the alien part of the Alien and Sedition Act was.

If Congress wants to deal with this in a constitutionally consistent manner, what I think they ought to do is they ought to have the testicles to declare those that are here illegally as alien enemies. That might require then a declaration of war against Central American countries, but then the designation of alien enemies would apply and you could then deal with the problem. Short of that, all this is going to do is produce more tears. It’s not going to solve the problem. I do not believe that expanding the size of the gargantuan federal leviathan by adding border patrol agents of a national nature is going to solve what amounts to a local problem.

None of this crap surprises me anymore, we are beyond screwed.

My sentiments exactly. We have starving kids in this country and we're flying in the more destitute for long-term demographic reasons?

So, let's try again.... what is the constitutional justification for the federal government keeping people out of the US? And what is the constitutional justification for the federal government ejecting people from the US?

What is the constitutional justification for flying people into the U.S.? Come on. It's one thing to be for open borders. It's another for the taxpayers to fit the bill for immigration.

Got to bring in those future Obumma voters I see.

Lets summarize the general political environment.

'Bammy does mostly anything he pleases. Congress does nothing to stop him. They do not, in fact, even raise much of a verbal fuss, what with all their equivocating, soft-porn euphemism-blather that comes forth in timid poots and fups. Their dignities would be better served were they to remain silent altogether, rather than utter such apparently insincere whispers of protest.

It is clear that not nearly enough in those halls of state iniquity have any interest in what is right. I could probably count them on my one hand and have a couple fingers remaining unused.

What part of this truth leads one to believe that our situation can be remedied by doing the same things that lead us here in the first place?

Anyone?

What is the constitutional justification for flying people into the U.S.?

This is the wrongest question to ask.

How about: "what is the constitutional basis for putting this criminality to its prompt, decisive, and permanent end?"

Lawlessness begets lawlessness. Obama or his handlers aren't looking ahead or maybe they just don't want to.

I hope you realize that with this you have committed libel? If you do not know what libel is, look it up.

AFAIK, in some states libel is actually a crime punishable by jail time. In every state it is an offense for which remedies may be sought.

You should think about that the next time you are thinking of making unqualified statements of fact that happen to be false. And if you think that you can pull some "proof" out of your asshole by which to demonstrate the truth of your assertion, you should consider what a jury might think, especially in a civil action where judgment is made based on preponderance of evidence. Juries, typically, are really not stupid. When your lawyer attempts to employ some nonsense "National Enquirer"-league website "proof" of your accusations, I suspect you will shortly thereafter be staring down the barrel of your own .22, begging heaven the courage to pull the trigger because your plaintiff just scored everything you own for the next 35 years.

Have a good day, and be careful.

Lawlessness begets lawlessness.

Not sure what you mean here.

Neither. They don't have to. We, through our failures as free men ( a appellation few of us earn ) have demonstrated to Themme that they can do anything they damned please. Name a single substantive thing that has been done, and by whom, which has had the significant and nation-wide effect of improving our general state of liberty.

I did not put the words "illegal alien children" in the title of this thread.
Clearly the purpose of this thread is to get people riled up over the fact that these children are "illegal aliens", not the fact that Obama is paying for their airfare.

And taxpayers already foot the bill for deportation, and not only do most here not give a shit, but they accept this as a primary function of the federal government.

The entire thread revolves around the federal government's supposed constitutional power to control ingress to and force egress from the US.
So I ask again, how is this constitutionally justified?

Not sure what you mean here.

Civility is hanging on by a string due to the illusion we call law. Once law is deemed illegitimate by the populace, the chief abusers of said laws have the most to fear.

All statutory law is illegitimate by nature.

Government tries to be compassionate and reunite families- Paulite reaction: sign of the end times

Either that, or we're wondering why the families split themselves up in the first place, and why it wouldn't be cheaper (no DNA testing required) to reunite them by shipping the ones who aren't where they are legally allowed to be back to the ones who are where their citizenship lies.

All statutory law is illegitimate by nature.

Must be why those who break it deserve to have the airfare for the children they held hostage by leaving them behind paid up as a reward. I wonder if they'll be using your argument as a justification?

Vets are left to die on contrived backlog lists in the VA system, but now we're flying in Central American children that have no ties or contract with the United States? You almost have to laugh at the duplicity.

There is no government, just people exercising rights they don't have... Because they can.

Precisely so. And how, pray tell, do we think will set this to rights? Talk? Voting? Protesting with signs and chanting?

All of that is pure FAIL.

At the end of the day, the only thing that makes real the quality of our lives is our willingness and our choice to stand up for those which are our rights, GUNS IN HAND, or the absence of it. If you are of such a mind, then at least be ready for it in the event it comes, and make not the error of assuming that the day will never arrive. Thought it appears that way to me more and more by the day, I've been fooled before. People will surprise you when you least expect it. I hope to be surprised.

Those in the high seats are not intimidated by us. They have no fear of us because we allayed all causes through our inaction and the rank stupidity of accepting the endlessly rotten and utter lie that unequivocal physical measures are never the answer. I am afraid that now it is likely the only answer. Those people, the ones who have raked your parents over the coals for all their lifetimes, who have taken you into a state of relative poverty, and who have sold your children and the rest of your posterity into de-facto slavery, are not going away, not backing down, and will see you and your grandchildren dead before they would cede the least crumb of their power. It will never happen, save by making it happen by whatever means is necessary. For those whose failures to accept and act upon this truth results in abject misery, my only counsel to such people will be, "shut the fuck up and bear with a bright and cheery smile the chains for which you so insistently begged."

There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. Freedom isn't free. You want? REALLY want? Not going to get by crying and attempting to persuade with reason. Theye don't give the least damn about what you want. That leaves pretty much one option. I'll leave the answering to you.

This raises some interesting questions and possibilities.

If our general state of common civility is in fact hanging by a thread, what might be the result if and when it breaks? Against whom will the population act? Will they choose the correct targets? No doubt much of the fedgov will become corpses, rotting in an unmarked mass grave, left open for the buzzards. That would likely be a good thing, if not carried into a new Terror. But what about the rest? I fear that in places such as California and Arizona, there will be massive race wars. I could see MX taking this as an opportunity to reclaim that which I no doubt am certain they still covet. If things go sufficiently unstable here, I have little doubt that would be the Mexican play. They could easily suck up another 100 miles of the southern border if we are too busy killing each other.

Article 4 section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Shall is not an option, but this in of itself does not incicate States have no right to secure against invasion, which is claimed by DHS.

DHS can #### up a rope , we don't even need them , another federal agency against it's own citizens, that can't even be trusted to take out the trash.

Defund DHS, TSA , NSA, (80% of ATF funds ).

We have 10 redundant bureacracies for every one that we actually need.
