Paul: I have a differetn point of view(than the other republicans. THis is because we are not in a justified war, it is not declared, so we must come home as soon as possible. Many of you might ask why I have a different view on foreign affairs. That is because I followe the constitution, which tells us to stay out of foreign entanglements. This is why i also ge the most money from the troops, they are tired of fighting this war, they are bein sent on multiple duties and dont see and end to this. I saw this during the vietnam war and we got out and now we have much better relations with them.

BTW mccain wants socialized health care with a different name...

Only citizens have the right to vote. Non-residents need to pay taxes on things like real estate purchases, so the payment of taxes has nothing to do with civic rights.
