Unconstitutional Policies Toward India

I'm trying to think of aspects of the United State's relationship to India that are specifically unconstitutional, or go against the beliefs of George Washington, Ron Paul, et al.

There's our foreign aid to them, for one (including our extremely inefficient food aid). And the recent nuclear deal smacks of "entangling alliance" (it's a better deal for them than we've given to any of our official allies).

But can any of you think of other things? Or perhaps point out how I've got these two wrong, or got them right?
