Well...not if the policy being advocated is ending birthright citizenship, which [MENTION=3169]Anti Federalist[/MENTION] supports. Without birthright citizenship this Somali British citizen would be that. Now, that still wouldn't have prevented him from hacking the MP to death....unless his not being a citizen made it easier for him to be deported if there was evidence that he had been radicalised. You are free to argue against such a policy, but it's closer to the source of the problem than is internet anonymity.
