A young activist in my local liberty group is trying to raise money for his Sister in Texas to attend the TX state convention as a delegate. They are only in need of $300 to cover the very basic expenses. This kid and his family are the real deal. They have done a tremendous amount of work for Dr. Paul and to spread the liberty message. Any donations would be appreciated.

Also, if anyone would like more information on this young freedom fighter or would like to speak to him directly to verify his story than please PM me. I do not want to publish his personal contact information in the open.

I don't understand why they can't come up with that on their own? I'm going and I know my situation is worse than most others because I'm still a student, I have an infant and my wife is pregnant as well.

Going to this convention is costing me $300 for my hotel bill alone, who knows how much in gas.

Plus, I'm technically losing an extra $350 just for missing both of my jobs.

I made the time and sacrifice for this thing, I just don't see what's with the whole asking for charity.

That being said, I'm open to kicking in a little IF it's really needed that badly.

I understand. I can tell you that this family has spent a lot of their own money promoting the message of freedom. I know when my local group was in need of flyers to hand out, this kid spent his savings printing up enough for us to use. We had so many that we not only canvassed with them but also used them to hand out at polling places. They have travelled at their own expense and put out tremendous sums all in the name of liberty. Every well reaches it's bottom eventually and they are just in need of a little grassroots love now.

I'll donate to you as well RileyE104, just PM me your Paypal.

Thanks for the offer but I can't allow myself to accept. I didn't mean to be so critical above, I just got a little heated because of some other supporters of Dr. Paul that I know who are lazy and were unwilling to actually join me at the district convention because they had "better things to do" and whenever a moneybomb came up they never even gave $5. I shouldn't have taken that out on this person though. lol

It's ok. I have felt that frustration as well and if I did not know with 100% certainty that this family was the real deal, I would not have this link here. These guys have given a ton to the movement.
