If this happened, lets hope investigation will be nore thorough and transparent than original 9/11:

Though a wide spectrum of Democrats, progressives, Obama administration officials and certain members of the press pine for the Benghazi matter to fade away, voters will have none of it.

“Should Congress continue to investigate the Obama administration’s handling of the terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya that resulted in the deaths of four Americans?”

And so asks a new Fox News poll of 1,006 registered U.S. voters released Sunday, and here is what they said.

Overall, 66 percent of the respondents want the investigation t continue. And more specifically, 83 percent of Republicans, 50 percent of Democrats and 68 percent of independents agree — along with 92 percent of tea partyers, 78 percent of conservatives, 47 percent of liberals, 58 percent of blacks, 67 percent of whites, 68 percent of women and 63 percent of men.

Obama skipping more than half of his daily intelligence meetings

By Marc A. Thiessen,
Published: September 10, 2012

President Obama is touting his foreign policy experience on the campaign trail, but startling new statistics suggest that national security has not necessarily been the personal priority the president makes it out to be. It turns out that more than half the time, the commander in chief does not attend his daily intelligence meeting.

The Government Accountability Institute, a new conservative investigative research organization, examined President Obama’s schedule from the day he took office until mid-June 2012, to see how often he attended his Presidential Daily Brief (PDB) — the meeting at which he is briefed on the most critical intelligence threats to the country. During his first 1,225 days in office, Obama attended his PDB just 536 times — or 43.8 percent of the time. During 2011 and the first half of 2012, his attendance became even less frequent — falling to just over 38 percent. By contrast, Obama’s predecessor, George W. Bush almost never missed his daily intelligence meeting.

Questions About 30 Americans Killed

WASHINGTON February 27, 2014 (AP)
Relatives of some of the 30 U.S. troops killed when their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan said congressional testimony from U.S. military officials on Thursday answered some, but not all, of their lingering questions about the single deadliest incident of the war.

Democrats will never allow a Benghazi investigation before the next presidential election lest Hillary be tarnished.

The PDB thing is false outrage, they hand it to Obama in paper or digital form and he reads it. Bush liked to hear it in person. Whatever works.

Confused. Headline says 9/11 investigation yet article is a poll on Benghazi.

As much as an investigation may need to be done, I hardly trust Congress to be the ones performing the investigation.

Correct Zip. And the beginning of the real end of American freedom. The truth movement was started by the perps, so only made public efforts for truth marginalizing for Americans that were serious.

So now if the COTUS gave a flying crap about what 2/3 of Amerikan voters wanted, they'd be all set.

Sorry, but from day one I believed Obama ordered a hit job on Stevens ... Whether they had a homosexual relationship gone bellies up, etc. The death of Ambassador Stevens was a hit.. The others killed were collateral damage.

Obama is the one you want ... He ordered the hit, he executed the hit, and he should be imprisoned for it.

I'm not for the ■■■ spying but if they are going to insist on it perhaps many interesting tidbits will come out answering many questions we, as a nation, have.

I can just see a return of people, once again gathering like the old love-ins, just laughing our asses off at the stuff coming out.

Love-ins.... what a generation that was.

It was a weird term for a bunch of people getting together. It was enough to put you off of the concept if it just wasn't so magical.

One minute we had been divided and conquered. They had us all believing we believed, what they told us all on the news, everyone believed. The Beatles came. Divided everyone in to pretty much two camps. Either you were with them or against them. Then we started comparing notes with each other on other things. One of the big gathering spots was the beaches. Another was everyone hanging out in the parks. The biggest gatherings seemed to all come together word of mouth. At school the word would spread were everyone would meet. Sometimes it didn't happen. When it did, it really did. Freaks everywhere!

People opened up and we soon discovered we weren't alone. Millions of people had been thinking along the same lines as the rest of us all along. We were no longer introverted freaks but extroverted freaks at a happening!

Long hairs everywhere. Like in the founding days.

Lots of weird words back then.

Perhaps you had to be there...

or maybe it never left but has just been simmering and morphing into something new and is reaching out of the past into the present and may be grander than ever.
