It's obvious to me that the "kill" order has been given to the media regarding Ron Paul. They're going out of their way to black him out, misrepresent his true polling numbers and are doubling down on their status quo stooges. Hopefully, the people in SC will give Ron Paul a good showing and dissappiont these media hitmen.
Wait, Dana Bash was re-assigned to Santorum now??
Yep.
And the people voting for Gingrich are doing so "just so they can see the debates between Gingrich and Obama", per CNN. The American people are so easily fooled. During my drive home, I contemplated how we could perform acts of civil disobedience. One of them would be storming the debate stage with signs of "The Corporate Media Is Lying To You" and "CNN = Pravda". I wonder how effective they would be.
I sincerely believe that the Ron Paul revolution must take down the corporate media via acts of civil disobedience. I don't know what these acts are, but we need to do something. I am dreading the day that Ron Paul leaves this earth, because I will be absolutly disgusted by the fawning praise the corporate media pundits give to him those days after the event.
We gotta do SOMETHING.

Why are we so eager to get Santorum out of the race? His votes deflect to Newt, and Newt will be seen as the anti-romney. Ron will be seen as an also-running.
Here's the thing about Newt, people are supporting him cause he's such a great orator/debater. What the hell is he going to do if he gets elected? Just give speeches all the time? Isn't that what we have now? One of the big appeals of Ron Paul for me is that here's a guy that'll actually try to get the right stuff done and not place his poll numbers above what needs to be done. All Newt does is pander to whatever audience he's in front of and for some reason people love hearing "lincoln-douglas" debate.
Going by the poll numbers, the vast majority of Americans just don't get how much trouble this country is in. We're like a child refusing to take their medicine, but still complain about being sick. I just wish a moderator would ask Newt besides giving long winded answers, what is it that he would actually do? Being able to out-debate Obama is not in the job description.
You're too optimistic. Reagan didn't even mention Larry McDonald's name in his speech to the nation after KAL 007 was shot down.
Newt will definitely get things done as president but we're not going to like it.

Newt will never be President.
He's probably the only candidate against whom Obama could win without even campaigning.
Seriously.
I would literally vote for Obama over Gingrich.
I wouldn't even hold my nose.
Even if Obama came out and said we all should become Socialist, even if he proposed nationalizing health care, all manufacturing, and agriculture. Even if he said he was going to replace dollars with monopoly coupons, I'd still vote for him.
I don't care what his economic policies are... He could be a flaming communist.
But, at the very least he seems pretty cool, has some nice kids, and normal marriage.
Ain't is sad?
But, I'd rather be an unfree socialist drone in a welfare state under Obama than have to refer to Newt Gingrich as President.
And, I know I'm not the only one.
I mean the Constitution and all is important. Freedom is important.
But, even Thomas Jefferson and George Washington -- if they had to choose between King George and Newt Gingrich -- would have said, "You know what? Taxation without representation ain't that bad... God Save the King."
I can't wait for the results! I predict Paul will come in a strong third, but second isn't completely out of the question if Romney continues to collapse.
Crowds look rather small today at Ron's Whistle Stop Tour Events. Those four days off of the Campaign trail last week really hurt.
Hoping for 18% and a third place finish. Santorum may get a bounce after last night.
One positive, over 30% of the vote is already in thru absentee ballots.
