You think he did it to get Joe Rogan's endorsement? My guess is that most of Joe's audience is either already supporting Trump or they are the stubborn folks like PAF who are proud non-voters, and it's a waste of time to try to seek out their votes.

And Trump hasn't actually given the democrat defectors any positions in his administration. Those chickens haven't hatched yet.

Because it will be his last term, I say:

Either he will grant them key positions because he has nothing to lose, or he won't because he has nothing to lose.

Not only that, but Senate confirmation of his cabinet picks is still a thing.

Not saying I don't want it to happen, but there are still steps to take before that bridge can be crossed.

They are both on the transition team. RFK Jr. is going to be the head of a commission on Presidential assassinations and another on chronic disease and food toxins, pharma, etc.

I'm guessing he will nominate her for Secretary of Defense, but I guess Dept of Veterans Affairs is possible.

My senators are definitely out. Both democrats. Both will be easily rallied against Tulsi for Sec Def. (can't have a 'Russian asset' running our defense department, right?)

This integration of RFK Jr. and Tulsi on the staffing team makes me consider how they will have the ear of Trump's sons, and Trump himself in official discussions.

I feel that most tend to overestimate the Trumps' awareness and knowledge. The more prescient fact is that the Trump can learn a lot from RFK Jr.,
and Tulsi can be very convincing on her own. They will help Trump's inner circle THINK OF THINGS and SEE THINGS they haven't considered before.

Might they sway the board in one way or another? Definitely, that's why he put them there. He also put them there to speak up in matters where he won't have to.

It shows that he (and his sons) are willing to listen, and are not afraid or put off by being challenged in their assumptions and their proclivities.

It is also a MAJOR signal to the GOP. The signal is that the GOP and Think Tanks are being DEMOTED.

I'm getting closer to voting for him.
