If Weldon has done this deep of a dive, then he knows damn well that Osama wasn't behind 9/11.

And that Izrael played a major role.

He seems to be stopping at the idea that elements within our government simply allowed it to happen as opposed to planning and execution.

I don't know if that really describes him.

He never set out to investigate anything, really. He was in a congressional committee that had a certain responsibility and he tried to meet that in good faith. And now, he tries to stick to what he knows for a fact. He testifies not like an expert witness or an investigator, but as an eyewitness. All he knows is what he saw.
