Just wanted to share my recent Essay in which I examine the TSA and the 4th amendment. The libertarian leaning Researched Essay earned an "A", at a State University!
Synopsis: I disregarded my professor's warnings not to use the 4th Amendment as my main argument. She supposed other legislation has made it a questionable source. I believe I won her over in my writing because I received a perfect score. I cite Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, Congressman John Mica, Senator Lindsay Graham and others. I also describe some of the TSA's most hideous violations of the Constitution and give background information on how the TSA's birthing legislation was ever permitted to be made into law.
