If RP is involved (or even if he isn't) in any more debates, perhaps the campaign could bribe the debate moderator to ask each candidate, in the gaggle of clowns running for the nomination, what their position is on so called "presidential signing statements", and Executive Orders, and if in their opinion,an executive order can apply to a U.S. Citizen in ANY MANNER under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, and if a President can sign a bill into law, and at the same time scribble on the damned thing, and call it a Presidential signing statement, and have the scribble printed in the Federal Register, as an "add on" to a bill by a President exempting his executive branch from following the letter of the law in the bill he just signed.

(Bush thinks he can sign a bill, and write "...this shall not apply to the members of my cabinet" on it, and claim an exemption from the law, such as waterboarding, etc.)

The answers each candidate gives, should tell us all we want to know about them.

Ron Paul would be the only one to answer pursuant to the Constitution.
