Man I have too much trouble with the USA today links. So Trump wants Rubio screw Trump vote libertarian.

Makes sense why he would talk about the first two. He is likely to need their delegates to get the nomination.

Of course, he is in a no win scenario for people here. He either picks a purist and loses the nomination, or picks Rubio, Kasich or an establishment figure to get more delegates to win the nomination.

I would be shocked if he were to put an establishment shill one heart beat away from the presidency - that could be really bad for his health. So that eliminates Rubio and Kasich. He probably only mentioned those names to "fish for delegates" as Brian posits.

I can definitely see it being Jim Webb. I could also see him picking Chuck Rangel. Rangel would probably be his favorite, but brings the disadvantage of being from the same city. So that factor might outweigh Trump's preferences for him. I doubt that it will be any of the people listed in the OP.

I mean, as long as we're playing reality TV show roulette, he might as well pick someone that fits a certain demo. I wonder what Eric Estrada is up to?
