Trump new campaign manager says deportation force "to be determined"

I'm a fan of rand except on his immigration & ways he has handled talking to blacks.

He sounds meaner than Trump to the blacks when he insults & condescends to them.

 As an African American who most likely knows more African Americans than you do I cannot thing of a single African American that agrees with your sentiment.

You cant run in a Republican primary, insult semi-informed Republicans & then talk about how well informed the un-informed buffoons of BLM are.

Rand Paul and (believe it or not) Mike Huckabee are the only Republicans that have said anything intelligent about police brutality. The issue isn't the police. It's the laws. Rand pointed out, rightly so, that stupid laws like super high cigarette taxes (the initiating cause for the arrest and ultimate of Eric Garner) are a big part of the problem. Mike Huckabee rightly pointed out that militarization of the police are a big part of the problem. The mistake that BLM is making is they wrongly think that blacks are being targeted when the truth is that everybody is being targeted by a small but increasingly violent subset of the police. Hell, even George W. Bush realized there was something wrong with the strangulation death of Eric Garner. Anyone who doesn't realize that isn't fit to be president.

First of all you have to find some metric to see how many blacks & blacks wont might swing actually care or follow BLM/Sharpton.

It's an issue of right versus wrong. Eric Garner shouldn't have been strangled to death. Tamir Rice, a child with a BB gun shouldn't have been gunned down because some incompetent 911 operator told the officers they had an "active shooter" when in fact she was told he was pointing what might have been a toy gun at people walking by. And how about Aiyana Jones? Take a look at the picture of this little girl before you come back with your ignorant response. She was only 7. She was sleeping in her bed when she was killed by police officers who were raiding her home looking for someone else.

Tell me again why I shouldn't be pissed as hell about that? And it's not just because she's black. I'm pissed as hell about what happened to Kelly Thomas too. And he was white. He was doing nothing wrong and a gang of cops beat him to death after first telling him "We're going to fuck you up." If you can't see something wrong with that then there is something seriously wrong with you.

You can't have your first 5 issues as less-than-immediate issues; & then run to the Neocon side of Trump on some foreign policy.

The immediate threat is neocons starting World War 3. Only Trump either had enough publicity or for whatever reason addressed that.

 Now you've just jumped stupid. Rand was out in front against the neocon position on Iraq, Libya and Syria. Trump initially took the neocon positions on Iraq and Libya before flip flopping and lying and claiming he was always against those interventions. The audio of hims supporting the wars in Iraq and Syria have been posted here many time. Further Rand did not adopt the neocon position of military intervention in Crimea.

Trump's big issues:

1. No cutting freebies to anyone any time soon. Great politics. No one cares if a candidate is going to balance the budget in 5 or 20 years.

Not even sure what you mean by that.

2. No rush to approve Trade deals. Read the bill/details. Wait a year or 2. There's no rush.

Neither Rand nor Cruz are "rushing to approve Trade deals." In fact we have people like them to thank for the fact that the TPP hasn't gone through yet.

3. No new wars.

That was George W. Bush's position as well. It was Obama's position too. With Trump he was for the Iraq and Syria wars before he was against them.

4. Be nice to Putin & others.

And now he's "being nice" to illegal immigrants (maybe).

5. some other stuff

LOL. Seriously?

Good. He is saying enforce the law and turn over illegals to immigration services, who are already empowered to deport these people.

LOL. Uhhhh...no. He's saying "Deport these people and then bring them back as fast as possible." It's interesting how Trump supporters always leave that part out. Only now the Trump campaign is even questioning the deportation part. Who exactly is going to be "turning over the illegals" to immigration services if the "deportation force" is now possibly off the table?

my god do I have to fill in the blanks for you? He says bring them back LEGALLY, we have a legal immigration system already. You interpret "as fast as possible" to suit your own anti-trump opinion, you assume incorrectly that it means "touchback amnesty". YOU ARE WRONG. Trump says multiple times it has to be FAIR. Putting them at the front of the line is NOT FAIR.

Please stop your delusional anti-trump bias.

GOOD POST-

I've got some black in me, although no one would ever guess. Most never even notice my Indian descent, except for an occasional Latino. ;) Just see the blonde hair/blue eyes and assume. Still, I have enough black blood in me to have been considered legally black, not too long ago.

That said: your first statement is right on. And most of my black friends are 1000% for FIXING THE STUPID LAWS AND GETTING RID OF THE WOD. And all my young friends, 35-ish and down, no matter what color, are definite Paul supporters.

Trump said he was going to deport the same types of people Bush & Obama deported.

Now Gary Johnson says deporting a 10-time Drunk driving is a heartbreaking family breakup.

Kellyanne Conway is bad for the core Trump supporters. If they change their stance on immigration I will not vote for Trump.

Lol. Don't worry. He could promise 100% full amnesty and you'd find a way to reconcile it in your mind. It's how the con works. You'll see. By the end of the week, you'll defend whatever they come up with.

Rand Paul believes 0% of hispanics are on welfare.

Trump believes Mexico is sending a lot of deadbeats.

I dont which is closer to the truth, or looking over the longer term, which one is bringing forward a better debate to look at.

Trump's not getting anything done on the issue anyway in 2017. The congress is too divided & when Rubio & the GOP basically rolled over, every pissweak amendment about building a faux-wall was also voted down.

Oh for crying out loud. WHEN THIS EXACT PLAN WAS PUT FORWARD BY KAY BAILOUT HUTCHINSON IT WAS CALLED TOUCH BACK AMNESTY IDIOT!

I didn't make the term up. And it is amnesty. Now, let me fill in the blank for you. The only way Trump could keep his promise to bring back the "good" illegal immigrants "rapidly" is to put them ahead of those who didn't already come here. That's a simple fact. It is NOT rapid to come here through the legal process. As for what's "fair" that is subjective. You don't think it's fair for someone who came here illegally to be put in front of someone who hasn't come here at all. But how the hell do you know your definition of "fair" is the same as Trump's definition of fair? YOU ACTUALLY DO NOT KNOW THAT! You see Donald Trump thinks it is "fair" for a private developer to force you to sell your land through eminent domain so that he can build a shopping mall and increase (maybe) the tax value of the land! Now I don't think that's fair but Donald Trump thinks that is fair.

Back to immigration. Someone, like Donald Trump, who can in his mind justify forcing you to sell your land when you don't want to as being "fair" could also justify saying "Hey. It's fair for this illegal immigrant who worked hard for 10 years and paid taxes and learned the language and has already assimilated and is established to be put in front of the line of someone who wants to come here legally but doesn't speak English and has no marketable skills."

Please stop your delusional anti-trump bias.

Please stop your delusional pro-trump bias.

Rand Paul believes 0% of hispanics are on welfare.

Provide a quote where Rand Paul said that or temp ban yourself for a week for libel. I have never heard anybody say that 0% of hispanics are on welfare or 0% of any ethnic group is on welfare.

Kellyanne Conway is bad for the core Trump supporters. If they change their stance on immigration I will not vote for Trump.

Clarification. When you say "they" as in "If they change their stance on immigration" do you mean the Trump campaign or the core Trump supporters? Because there is no "they" when it comes to the stance of the Trump campaign. It's just Trump. And I would say that for any campaign. And what some of us have been saying for months now, but core Trump supporters refuse to hear, is that Trump has been all over the map on a lot of issues. But core Trump supporters keep "filling in the blank" to make Trump only say what they (the core supporters) want him to say.

Oh for crying out loud. WHEN THIS EXACT PLAN WAS PUT FORWARD BY KAY BAILOUT HUTCHINSON IT WAS CALLED TOUCH BACK AMNESTY IDIOT!

Rand/Hutchison proposed caving to Democrats when they were strongest in 2007 & 2009 & 2013 when the Democrats offering to rape the GOP(with a condom); their so called migrant concessions.

I think an interesting tactic would be if Gary Johnson dropped out & let Darrell Castle only steal Trump votersn basically every issue.

I think with his bike & his spandex he can't check his ego.

Provide a quote where Rand Paul said that or temp ban yourself for a week for libel. I have never heard anybody say that 0% of hispanics are on welfare or 0% of any ethnic group is on welfare.

Growing up in Texas I never met a Latino who wasn’t working.

While this kind of flattery is expected when politicians pander to any kind of group, in this case it’s not true. The latest data show that 65.4 percent of U.S.-born Hispanics over age 16 have a job, and 68.4 percent of Hispanic immigrants (legal and illegal) do, compared with 69.3 percent for the country as a whole.

I've never met a Latino who wasn't working either. That doesn't mean I believe no Latinos are on welfare. For one thing there are people on welfare who work. For another there are a lot of Latinos I haven't met. I you think someone saying "They've never met a Latino who wasn't working" is the same as saying "No Latinos are on welfare" then the problem is with you and your lack of understanding of English.

Ok... It's not the end of the week, yet. But Trump has performed a near perfect pirouette. How are you feeling, Trump supporters???

Trump ‘softening’ on immigration? Many of his supporters don’t seem to mind.

At least Coulter is mocking Trump:
"It's a very, very hard thing," Trump conceded.

In a series of tweets late Wednesday and early Thursday, Coulter offered her thoughts, suggesting that Trump's latest remarks showed an openness to the same immigration platforms championed by his GOP primary rivals.

"Well, if it's 'hard,' then nevermind," Coulter tweeted sarcastically in response to that comment.

Lol - after she wrote a book about "trusting in Trump". Now who are the cucks?!!!

Its not politically correct to say deportation force even though we already have one. Conway is PC thus cannot bring herself to say we already have a deportation force.

Trump is not politically correct so he can say the truth.

Donald Trump's vow to form a "deportation force"

IIRC, the term "deportation force" was first used by the media (Megyn Kelly? Edit: Mika Brzezinski) , and basically put into Trump's mouth for him. Since then, it's been used as this ominous term supposedly conceived by Trump as part of his Nazi-like regime.

Where's timosman? Is this an example of gaslighting?

You still a cuck. You been harping on this everytime you thought he changed positions. Your record is 0 for 100 by now.

I'm reserving my judgement until more time passes and I see his policy. FYI I am an open borders guy supporting him despite the wall.
