While Dr. Paul's attempt to control the direction of the GOP was a failure (my view), Ron did manage to positively affect it. This lead to someone like Trump who was anti establishment being able to get elected.

MTG wasnt a similar risk of defeating the MAGA Republicans as Ron Paul was to the neocons.

You are 100% correct. Every eyewitness that survived the purposeful attack on the USS Liberty is credible evidence. There is zero doubt who carried out the attack. The only question is whether it was on purpose or gross negligence. It clearly was a deliberate attack that was later covered up.
