Matt Gaetz must be happy he didn't become Attorney General. He gets to sit back and watch Blondi destroy herself while he remains unscathed.

No More Immunity: Supreme Court Opens Epstein Case Floodgates

{Nate The Lawyer | 09 October 2025}

Epstein Supreme Court fallout: On Oct 6, 2025, the Supreme Court refused to hear Ghislaine Maxwell’s appeal—leaving the 2nd Circuit ruling intact that the Florida non-prosecution agreement (NPA) didn’t shield Epstein’s co-conspirators from prosecution in New York. What does that mean now? In this breakdown, we explain why the NPA’s language didn’t travel to SDNY, how the circuit split works, and what kinds of cases could still be brought despite the old Florida deal. We’ll walk through the exact clauses in Epstein’s NPA, why the 2nd Circuit said it wasn’t nationwide, and how SCOTUS’s denial keeps that interpretation in place. Bottom line: co-conspirators aren’t protected everywhere—prosecutors in places like New York can still move. Watch for the documents, case law, and what to expect next.

Here we go.

I don't expect any last minute nonsense. There could be. It's within the realm of possibility that the House could change the rules or find a way to violate their own rules. But I see no reason to think they would prefer that to the simpler option, which is to follow their rules, bring this up for a vote, and then one of two things will happen: 1. either it will not pass the House, meaning one or more people who signed the discharge petition will turn around and vote against it, or 2. it will go to the Senate and die there without ever being voted on. Either way, it dies and never makes it to the president's desk.

If, by some miracle, it did make it, I doubt we'd ever get full disclosure.

The government has an endless supply of excuses are their disposal as to why they can't release the entirety of the Epstein Files. They won't even care if people point out how nonsensical they are.

"The administration invited influencers to the White House, handed them binders that said "Epstein Files: Phase 1," and staged a photo op outside with the binders.

Now Trump calls the whole thing a dumb hoax.

There is just no way for an honest person to look at this set of facts and come away with the conclusion that the administration is in the right on this issue"

The pics below are from the Daily Mail.

Apparently, in various corners of the web, there have been unofficial data dumps.

It wasn't until more recently that those files were screened using Ai.

They're real, atleast in so far as Ai software is able to determine.

It's been known, prior to Bondis statement, that there are hundreds, if not thousands, of victims.

And that a sizable % are children, young children.
