Trump forcing activation of 2A by defying Supreme Court

So was he in the US legally or illegally?
The Trump Administration said he was scheduled to be deported but a judge said he couldn't be deported to El Salvador because his lawyer told the judge he was fleeing gang violence.

Homeland Security is supposed to give paperwork to the judge that he is a gang member and thus is ineligible for the safe haven he was granted by the judge.

Instead of giving the judge that paperwork and then deporting him they deported him because he was involved in human trafficking and part of ms13.

So technically he was using the loopholes of the justice system to avoid deportation and receive safe haven that he wasn't eligible to receive and was always going to be deported eventually.

I'm just checking in on this forum after all of these years, to see if the supposedly "pro-constitution" "pro-liberty" forum was still in favor of checks and balances and due process.

And as it turns out, It's disputed, with the pro-executive-power faction appearing to have the edge.
This is more the executive checking the power of the judicial branch than anything.

The same judicial branch that has been hamstringed by legal loopholes to allow millions of people to have de-facto citizenship here.

Immigration courts have become a boondoggle. The lawyers and courts make billions and have billboards all over our cities.

They take money and rubber stamp granting them safe haven and sometimes these are really bad people.

Somebody thinks they created AI here. But it's artificial stupidity software -- ASS -- which quotes someone saying it's anti-Constitution and anti-liberty.

It's not anti constitution. The judicial branch granted him safe haven but the president's powers allow him to deport.

Both powers are constitutional. Neither power is more powerful.

It's not anti constitution.

The poster you quoted was calling you anti-Constitution and you anti-liberty. You.

I know, context is difficult. I hope AI never masters it. Then y'all might become hard to spot.

I think it's possible we have already entered the singularity and the internet is completely generated by AI.

The thing about the singularity is that you won't know it when it happens.

He's not 'in El Salvador' he is being held in a prison at the expense of the United States. And the President explained clearly why he will be deporting citizens too.

Hold up. You're saying that we're still paying for them to keep him there?

Are you sure about that?

See, Rene Des Cartes gave me an advantage there that you can never share. I know exactly where some of the internet comes from, and it has a quality to it known as reality.

All it would have to do is trick you or atleast trick enough people to control reality.

I have seen enough "magic" tricks done by magicians to know it's easy to trick people.

I have seen enough people hypnotized in real life to know the power of suggestion and hypnosis.

I have seen enough people conned by con artists to know that people are easy to fool.

Spoken like the cop who parked his cruiser on railroad tracks, lights flashing, and chased a suspect on foot.

The laws of physics. You don't care any more than that cop did. Most of us do. You think you can control them. We know better.

You'll never understand, but I'm sure you're already over it.

People thought flying was impossible. Then one day people started to believe we could do it and we did.

I love physics because it implies that everything that I can measure and prove is true and real.

Even things that I can't prove directly but I can indirectly prove is real.

I'd love to believe that our understanding of the universe is objective but it's not though.

Our understanding is based on the inputs of information we receive. So it's only going to be as reliable as the information received. Nothing more or nothing less.

You believe that's not objective because you're not real. I know it is objective because I am real. The totality of human knowledge is your universe, and you see it's incomplete. The universe is my universe, and in it I can see the difference between fact and speculation.

I'm skeptical of anything being real and I am liable to change my mind if multiple points of reliable information presents itself. If that's what objectivity means then that's what I am.

You think we live in boxes because we're in boxes with limited mobility, not entirely reliable senses, and pitifully slow interfaces.

But as big as the internet is, it's the box. The universe, even just this globe, are not so restrictive.

No I just think humans have adapted to survive not necessarily to understand the entire complexity of the universe.

In nature whatever is strong enough to survive does survive.

The evidence from a certain perspective is that humans were more intelligent before they started forming groups. Their brains were larger. They had to be smart to survive.

So was he in the US legally or illegally?

He came here illegally as a teenager. He's 29 now. He's married to an American.

Anyway, Trump is NOT defying the Scotus because the Scotus DID NOT RULE.

All Scotus did was decline to block a lower court's order. That is not a ruling.

They also asked the lower court to "clarify" its directive and to work with "due regard for the deference owed to the executive branch in the conduct of foreign affairs", --- and that Judge Xinis may have exceeded her authority when she required the Trump administration to "effectuate" Mr Ábrego García's return.

Scotus is basically asking the lower court to BACK OFF and not usurp the rightful authority of the Potus here.

I have an alternate take on it. Does SCOTUS even have the authority over a foreign citizen now in his home country? They say he's not a criminal, so they can't extradite him.

One other take on it, is if they admit he broke US law entering illegally, what would they do, extradite him so they can deport him?

You don't support the 2nd Amendment.

Leftists all the same. When they don't get their own way, they call for violence, and are more than willing to reverse on anything they have said before.
He called the Tesla vandalism and arson "Market action".
