First off, oil priced in USD is more important than the oil itself. The FED can print to infinity as long as there is an artificial demand for USD. The $ from the oil is insignificant. Again, "Stealing the oil" is not the end game for the neocons. Not even close.

The difference between Trump's "take the oil" and the neocons' "take the oil" is that the Trump way is visualized by simple-minded people as powerful and glorious, while the neocon way is carefully planned to look as anything but what it actually is. To them, Trump will "take the oil" in a way that will allow them to cheer on the sidelines screaming "This is America!" It's kind of like the allure of pirates. The fools that support Trump can't see anything wrong with turning America into an obvious nation of pirates, not realizing that we already are a nation of colonialists.
