Brexit illegal campaign financing

I´ve earlier posted on the fact that Brexit was orchestrated by the Queen Elizabeth controlled SCL Group to keep the UK the money laundering paradise of the world:

In 2015, Arron Banks’ insurance business Southern Rock was bailed out, just months before Banks began bankrolling the Leave.EU referendum campaign to which he donated £8.4 million.
One of the 2 campaign vehicles that received Banks’ £8.4 millions, Better for the Country Ltd, was set up by STM.

If Southern Rock Insurance had gone bankrupt this could have made Banks’ UK insurance broker Eldon collapse.
Regulators made Southern Rock promise not to make any payments to Banks without their prior written consent. After in 2014 PwC concluded that Southern Rock wasn’t a healthy company, Banks had to resign as CEO, with his longstanding associate Alan Kentish (another Southern Rock director).
Banks’ ties to Kentish and STM go back to at least 2004, when Kentish became a founding director of Southern Rock. Banks invested in STM and became its largest shareholder before selling his stake in early 2015. More recently, Kentish, Banks and another STM founder invested in Legal Protection Group, a broker of insurance for lawyers and doctors.

ICS Risk Solutions, a holding company on the Isle of Man, pumped £77.7 million into Southern Rock to save it from collapse. Banks owned both ICS and Southern Rock; it is not clear where the money came from.

Here´s some more information on the controversial Brexit campaign of Vote Leave...


In September 2018, the High Court ruled that Vote Leave had broken the law by overspending. It did this by illegally paying £625,000 to Darren Grimes for his BeLeave campaign, mostly through the Canada-based AggregateIQ, partner of the notorious SCL Group.
In July 2018, the Electoral Commission had already ruled that Vote Leave broke electoral law by colluding with Grimes. It appears that the police investigation was stopped from some reason.

For some reason the police investigation into multiple criminal offences by Arron Banks and the Leave.EU campaign was stopped.

The Remain campaign was forced to stop its digital advertising on the last day of the June 2016 campaign because it had reached its spending limit but Vote Leave continued, breaking the law after reaching it spending limit 2 days before the vote.

According to Professor Philip Howard:

My professional opinion is that it is very likely that the excessive spending by Vote Leave altered the result of the referendum.

A swing of just 634,751 people would have been enough to secure victory for Remain.

The UK has implemented part of of these OECD measures (according to most state propaganda, the UK isn´t a money laundering giant).

From 2014 to 2017, Sunley Family Limited has paid (only) £1.2 million tax on a profit of £15.7 million – an effective tax rate of 7.6%.
The UK tax for dividends over £150,000 is 38%.

In the early 1990s, 40% of Sunley’s shares were transferred to 2 companies in tax havens – Sunciera Holdings Corporation (in Panama) and Shuttlecock Holdings Limited (in the British Virgin Islands). Because of secrecy rules, it is impossible to discover the identities of the companies’ owners.
Over the past 4 years, Sunley paid its shareholders £5.5 million in dividends – of which at least £2.7 million to Panama and the British Virgin Islands, exempt from UK tax. Panama has only a 5% tax on dividends and the British Virgin Islands 0.

In the year ending December 2015, a £5 million loan from parent company Sunciera suggests that profit generated in the UK by Sunley was transferred to Panama and then reinvested into the UK-registered company. This isn’t illegal, but maybe should be (especially when the owners of the companies aren´t even known)...
Tice has denied knowing about this deal and involvement in either company (even though he and his family are majority shareholders in Sunley).

Richard Tice has also denied to know who is behind Sunciera and Shuttlecock, which control a 42% stake in his family Sunley business.
According to John Christensen, the company directors should know who they are dealing with “otherwise you could be dealing with money launderers. You have to do due diligence”.

In another strange twist, Tice sits on the European Parliament's Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee to implement tax, money laundering legislation!

In 1988, Milken’s firm Drexel Burnham Lambert Inc helped Mitt Romney with junk-bond financing to turn a mere $10 million investment into a $175 million profit for himself, his partners and his investors. This profit was made by looting Bealls Brothers and Palais Royal that were left bankrupted with $444 million in debt.
This would make Romney rich and would later be used to finance the start of his career in politrics.

When Romney made this deal, in September 1988, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a complaint against Milken and Drexel for insider trading and stock manipulation. Even though this was widely known, Romney didn’t mind being tainted by this scandal because he found the profits more important.
Milken’s fraud case was heard by US District Judge Milton Pollack, whose wife, Moselle, was chairwoman of Palais Royal, who could gain millions in Bain’s deal.
Drexel pleaded guilty to 6 criminal counts of securities and mail fraud, paying $650 million in fines and would serve 22 months in prison. By 1990, Drexel was bankrupt.

Bain partners continued to serve on the board and took the company, Stage Stores, public in October 1996, at $16.50 a share. Bain sold some of its shares in the low $30s and by September 1997 sold the rest at nearly $35 per share.
In March 1999, shareholders filed a lawsuit complaining that the company and certain investors, including Bain, had inflated Stage Stores’ performance and then dumped their stock. The suit was dismissed.

In June 2000, Stage Stores, after emergency talks with its lenders, filed for bankruptcy protection, with $444 million in long-term debt on the books.

Facebook $1.6 million fine in Brazil

In a latest ploy to divert attention from the blatant manipulation of the presidential elections in Brazil, the “reputable” Guardian announced “explosive” new leaked documents by former Cambridge Analytica staffer Brittany Kaiser, 100,000 pages released...
If they are so “explosive”, where are the “bombshells” from this leak?!?

Maybe the most “explosive” from this leak, is that it proves that crooked politicians in Malaysia and India were lying when they denied having made use of the dirty practices of the Strategic Communication Laboratories Ltd. (SCL Group) to manipulate the elections.


First the news that they’re trying to hide…

On 30 December 2019, Brazil's Ministry Of Justice fined Facebook Inc 6.6 million-real ($1.64 million) for improperly sharing user data, related to the data used by Cambridge Analytica for the 2018 presidential election. That’s higher than the fine imposed on Facebook in Great Britain.
Brazil's Ministry of Justice claims that Facebook did not adequately inform its users "about the consequences of the default privacy settings", especially related to the data of "friends and friends of friends".

Facebook has denied any wrongdoing with “We are focused on protecting people’s privacy” and have restricted “the information which App developers can access”.
Facebook has said that it’ll probably appeal the decision (which should be done in 10 days) or the fine must be paid within 30 days.

Facebook estimated that data from 87 million users was shared with Cambridge Analytica in 2018.
Even after Facebook announced changes to its data privacy in November 2019, still over 100 apps had access to user data.

In July 2019, Facebook was fined a record $5 billion in the United States for not protecting the data of its users.

In Malaysia, the SCL Group proposed to get data from the police Special Branch and Petronas to help the Better Nation (BN) party win the 14th general election.
The SCL Group started working with Petronas to influence opinions in Sabah and Sarawak for about $2 million. Communications between SCL and BN started in 2014 at the latest.

In January 2019, Paul Manafort's lawyers accidentally submitted a document to Robert Mueller’s team that showed that as Donald Trump's campaign chairman, Manafort met with Konstantin Kilimnik, gave him polling data on Trump's Presidential campaign (including non-public data) and discussed a Ukraine-Russia peace plan related to the ongoing Russia invasion of Ukraine with Kilimnik. Manafort asked Kilimnik to pass the data to Ukrainian MP Serhiy Lyovochkin and Akhmetov.
Konstantin Kilimnik is a known GRU agent (the follow up of the KGB).

In the spring of 2016, deputy Trump campaign manager Rick Gates (who continued to work on Trump’s campaign after Manafort was forced to resign) was also involved in providing data to Kilimnik.
