As for the steak thing, I actually agree with him on that. Anything less than medium well and I won't touch it. I don't want my meal to moo at me and try to run off my plate, no thanks. The ketchup thing though, now that is strange.

Maybe that is why Trump Steaks never sold well through Sharper Image (don't they sell electronic gadgets and not food anyways?). They didn't include the ketchup. My dad used to put ketchup on just about anything.

We have Black and Blue salads that have steak on them with blue cheese dressing. They're pretty darn good. I think James is talking about the steaks with the herb crust that are seared on the outside and rare on the inside. Ketchup optional.

I'd eat the steak to enjoy its flavor and if I want blue cheese dressing I would put that on a salad on the side. Just some coarse salt and pepper on the steak.

I always just referred to it by brand to avoid the confusion . Pass the Red Gold etc
