The T is definitely stabbing/penetrating the P. If you can't see that, I worry for your sense of humor and your powers of observation.

That, and I'm wondering at the number of stripes and what they're supposed to represent.

They form an "E" (in white), making it TPE, which stands for Total Power Exchange. 3 white stripes, Holy Trinity. 7 total stripes also has a positive religious significance, but is also the number of deadly sins. I don't see any other numerical significance in the number of each color stripe, or the total number of stripes.

I would have to look, but I don't think that is unusual - seems the Prez should be more prominent than the Vice-prez.

If I were designing the logo, I would consider how big an asset is the VP to the ticket.

If the Prez numbers were high, but the VP not so much, I would make the Prez bigger.

If their numbers are about even, or the asset-value is negligible, I would make them the same.

In fact, I would keep it fluid and be ready to change it if needed. Logos are important - pictures stick to the brain much better than words.
