Well, I just read through the whole thread again, trying to figure out exactly what your issue is, and haven't had much luck.

Frankly, you're coming off as drunk or high.

We've never been party to any major disagreement, so I'm not sure what all the vitriol is for, but, whatever.

If you're trying to make the case that the seafloor should be bought and sold as private property, you probably have a point, although if your goal is to stop offshore oil drilling, all that would do is make it easier, with less oversight and regulation.
