Trilateral Commission alarmed that Dr. Paul is causing “significant future damage.”

Well, Jim Tucker is somewhat of a sensationalist like Alex Jones. Did Jim actually record the meetings somehow, or is this third-party hearsay?

I sincerely hope Ron Paul gets a chance to read this article before Thomas Foley gets a chance to work on his assignment. This to me was the most impressive and scary part of that article:

"They expressed concern that Paul’s rallies have attracted multitudes of young people who are getting “their political education.” They want Republicans to pressure Paul to drop out now and stop his education rallies. This assignment was given to Thomas Foley, former U.S. House speaker."

Yes we need to watch that Foley character.

I'm not sure I buy the part about the elites pushing for freer immigration. It seems to me that power-hungry politicos would be trying to find a way to restrict immigration and international travel even further, especially to keep Americans from fleeing the country once the economy collapses.

That article made me think that maybe the best thing for the Ron Paul rEVOLution would be Ron Paul not becoming POTUS, but travelling the country continuing the "education campaign". Could grassroots keep enough money coming in to support a four year campaign for 2012? Imagine Ron Paul holding a rally every other week at a large college or conference hall FOR FOUR YEARS. It would be alot to ask from Dr. Paul, but maybe even a steady stream of weekly youtube videos from Washington or Texas would serve the purpose.

It'd be nice if his book sales could fund a continuous tour throughout the U.S. I'm sure many people would show up at the rallies to buy extra copies to keep the tour going. It doesn't look as though this is going to take place, so I'm assuming the book sales wouldn't do enough to help cover the expenses.

For what it's worth folks, according to David Estulin the Bilderbergers were kicking around the idea of "neutralizing" Ron Paul. That's code for assassinate. This was almost a year ago so they must have shelved it.

I don't know if you folks take Benjamin Fulford seriously but "his people" (the Asian version of the Bilderbergers) have already told David Rockefeller - - to his face - - that heads will roll if they touch Ron Paul.

Frankly I think the Asian assassins are better than ours. At least that's the way it goes in the movies, right? ;-)

riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.....

The populace is still very much ignorant and cannot be judged otherwise if people vote because one guy's tie is sexier then another's. True, we have attracted many young people, but if a movement consists of puttin a Ron Paul sticker on a car or making yet another youtube video of one of Ron Paul's speeches over some dramatic music, the movement is worthless. Young people didn't vote and still do not, if Ron Paul's election numbers are any indication, and as far as old people, well they probably still think Osama is hiding behind their TV or something....

Herein lies the core of our disagreement

My view of a movement has nothing to do with either TV, or length of my Ron Paul grassroots' membership. I have eyes, I see ignorance, indifference and resistance, sometimes violent one, to the truth and freedom.

I hope I'm wrong, I want to be wrong. I believe that it takes believing in the candidate. I believe that it takes work. Look at the threads I made

http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=120205

and tell me I'm being negative. I want this to work. I want the movement to last....

What about BJ Lawson who is a clone of Ron Paul winning his Congressional district 70-30 percent? What about the 30 other Ron Paul Republicans running for Congress? What about Murray Sabrin running for Senate. We also had many of them win primaries in their congressional district in additon to Lawson's blowout.

Where'd you get this from?

i have alot of ignorant people in my life...and even when i try to talk to them they just dont get it...its really depressing and frustrating i just want to scream " why dont u just get it?!?!?!?!" but i dont want to scare them away

My approach is to ask questions, find out what is of concern to them and then get them something to read on the subject.

I usually UNDERSTATE my case for a # of reasons, one of which is that when we start talking about such things as the CFR or the Trilateral Commision or (Mike looks both ways and whispers) conspiracy the media has already preprogramed the listener to assume we're paranoid/emotionally unstable. If I reinforce that perception I lose... If I'm calm, and collected I have a better chance to reach that individual.

We have to all maintain networks of people who will come to us in times of stress, asking "what's going on?". THIS battle will test our nerves, our resolve, our character... I don't know about anyone else but I'm no superman, so I have to PRAY and then keep working.

Peace,

Mi:cool:

Thank you Cinderella for posting the article on this thread.

It seems like all of the hyperlinks point to the dreaded "forbidden" realm for me.

While I don't doubt one thing that was written in this article, it seems to be written in a way that casts doubt on the content. I wish that it had a little something in it to back up some of the statements which were made.

The elite have given the task of pressuring Ron Paul to DROP OUT, to Thomas Foley, North American Chairman of the Trilateral Commission (former Speaker of the House). This signals an all out assault, get ready for the pressure to go from bad to worse.

Okay, I know some of you believe anything you read.

But lets think about just this one statement for a bit, shall we?

The "Trilateral Commission" wants Ron Paul to drop out (why, I don't know, since 95% of the American population thinks he's already dropped out- but I'll go along).

So they send former congressman, DEMOCRAT Tom Foley to do the job? Give me a break- why in HELL would this powerful organization that allegedly "rules the world" pick a former Democratic congressman to "get Ron Paul to drop out"?

Ron Paul wouldn't drop out all this time, but he's supposed to cave because a DEM ex congressman asks him to?

Thats just plain silly, folks. I read that far, called "BS" and stopped reading...

@libertarian4321: What, you still believe there's a difference between the two political parties? I didn't think there were any of you guys left!

OK snark aside, to really SEE what's happening in this world one needs to drop the False Dichotomy Blinders. The fascists have infested both parties. They "own" the Republicans AND the Democrats. They "own" both Capitalism and Communism. False opposites, all, and getting us to struggle against false opposites is a nifty way for them to get us to bleed our energy dry.

I actually have no reason not to take Fulford seriously.

He did manage to get that Rockefeller interview and has never been busted in a lie before, to my knowledge.

I have very little doubt that he has some very powerful connections.
