Tragic Death

I write this with the most somber sorrow to inform you all that William Kapoun has passed away, succumbing to injuries sustained in a fire that occurred on the 24th of February.

The expatriate community in Korea is horrified by this tragic loss.

William was a dedicated member of the Seoul Ron Paul meetup group and had a brilliant mind and caring heart.

William was uninsured and his family is currently in Seoul, trying to bring some closure to the situation here before his body can be sent back to the US.
