Happy wife, happy life... What is the threat implied by that trite statement?

Her rant isn't only against Republicans. It's against her husband (if she has one) and men.

Like it or not, as a generalization, the Republican Party is representative of the "thinking" party (Myers Briggs T). The Democrats are the "feeling" party (Myers Briggs F). The Republicans appeal to reason, the Democrats appeal to emotion (what they really do as two sides of a single crony corporatist kleptocracy is a different story). The extreme danger here is that the Republican-Democrat split often resembles the two sides in a divorce.

When the Feeling side becomes radical, they would rather see the house burned down and the kids dead than give an inch to the husband. Are Democrats trying to destroy the nation? There is no doubt.

Angry Karen With a Warrant Tries to Bite Officer
On June 9th, 2022, a Hinsdale police officer was serving an arrest warrant for domestic violence against her ex-husband. Shawn Mullarkey was arrested after a bit of a struggle with police officers. She was charged with aggravated DUI (third violation with mandatory jail time), aggravated assault, and resisting. A week later additional charges were filed against her for endangering the health or life of a child, violation of a bail bond, and resisting.

I understand "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" sentiment, but where that focuses on personalities, I take a more "incident" or "action" based view. In this instance, it's ok to root for the cops because Shawn (not Karen) is probably a worse influence on my future than the average cop, but that's this instance. On the next call, the dashcams and bodycams can fail, and some random guy gets the crap beaten out of him for resisting arrest on a charge that's eventually dropped. The rooting here is like voting for the lesser of two evils. As long as you know that's what's going on, good luck with that. But there are no good guys here.

Grief book author accused of killing husband calls his death a ‘shock’ in chilling TV interview

A Utah mother of three who has been charged with murdering her husband appeared last month on a local TV show to promote a book she wrote about processing grief — chillingly declaring that his death “completely took us all by shock.”

Kouri Richins, 33, allegedly poisoned her hubby, Eric Richins, with a lethal dose of fentanyl, which she mixed into a Moscow mule cocktail, on March 4, 2022.

She later wrote a children’s picture book titled, “Are You With Me?” to help kids cope with the death of a loved one.

Appearing on ABC4’s “Good Things Utah” on April 6 to promote the book, Kouri spoke about the “unexpected” death of her husband.

“My husband passed away unexpectedly last year. March 4 was a one-year anniversary for us. He was 39,” she said.

“It completely took us all by shock. We have three little boys, 10, 9 and 6, and my kids and I kind of wrote this book on the different emotions and grieving processes that we’ve experienced in the last year.”

Asked how she managed to process the death, she said she “went on Amazon and Barnes & Noble to try to find something to help us cope at night, nights are the hardest.”
