Does this concern anyone else besides me????
Totalitarianism (or totalitarian rule) is a concept used to describe political systems where a state regulates nearly every aspect of public and private life. Totalitarian regimes or movements maintain themselves in political power by means of an official all-embracing ideology and propaganda disseminated through the state-controlled mass media, a single party that controls the state, personality cults, central state-controlled economy, regulation and restriction of free discussion and criticism, the use of mass surveillance, and widespread use of terror tactics.

It seems like we're almost there!

It would have to be at least considered by an honorable Court that screaming 'FIRE!' in this crowded theater fell well under the protective umbrella of free speech.

Just one more *emergency* and we can seal the deal.

What might really terrify you then is this question.

Do you know what "politics" means, without looking up the definition?

If you do, great. =)

Ask around, see how many people actually know the answer. They'll know a vague or approximate definition, but not the actual one.

For a word that describes the process influencing every life on Earth, a word that invariably crops up on multiple occasions in every one of our lives, you'll find that not many people at all know the answer, or even care.

Totalitarianism is collectivism.

'Poli' - meaning: many...

'Tics' - meaning: blood sucking creatures.

Politics:
A strife of interests masquerading as a contest of principles. The conduct of public affairs for private advantage. Ambrose Bierce

Totalitarianism is total government control. The government owns your life. You are a dead man. Good luck

One look at the picture on my signature will tell you what totalitarianism looks like...all welcome the police state. :(

Sigh.. Politics came from the word Poleis. It was the place of meeting in a Greek City/town where they would discuss matters. Simular to a town hall, but more broad. Any adult male citizen could participate in the Poleis.

Hmm,

I wonder how many times I've quoted this Government regime as a TOTALITARIAN OLIGARCHY on this forum?

100's... just search on the key word. ;)

Yeah, anything else from this well syncronized regime is: "Spin & Propaganda".

My new book... 'Spin & Propaganda' - revealing the layers of the TOTALITARIAN government onion in union with the 4th branch of government (MSM) in "White Washing" all their covert actions to Americans and the World.
