So does anyone else cringe reading the comments from RP supporters with simple words spelled wrong and poor grammar? I sure do. We have to REPRESENT here, folks. Dont be lazy. Take your time. Don't let your emotions type for you. Make sure what you are writing makes sense, is spelled accurately and is grammatically correct. If unsure, run it by the board. Maybe it's just the frustrated English teacher in me, but man, some of the comments make us "Paulbots" look downright ignorant.

The thing about Drudge, unfortunate as it is, is that he shapes the narrative for the majority of the base. Everyone starts doing stories or covering stories after Drudge has linked it, because the cat is out of the bag basically. I am glad Drudge is trying to shape the narrative of it being a two-man race.

people love how drudge "spins" the news. the attraction is Drudge's wit, not flashiness.

Not to mention a lot of smaller websites get their stories/content from Drudge. He does the work and they can be a little lazy.

I think the site is ugly as hell, but it gets huge traffic.

Drudge is by far the fairest news source in the business. Even in 2008 he was fair to Ron Paul--covering the bombs and, at times, his blackout by other sources.

Drudge made his name by scooping all the big networks on the Clinton scandals. The big media could not get over how a two bit political blog could get inside information they couldn't get. That is why it has a higher republican readership.
