$3.3 billion for Israel is the built in minimum. It does not include supplemental funding that gets passed, especially recent funding, which was $26.4 billion.

So we are looking at around $30 billion this year for Israel.

Also worth noting that the recent supplemental included $61 billion more for Ukraine.
