Today Show: The Candidate's Homes

Ugh that segment made me sick. All that crusty real estate bitch did was talk about how wonderful and beautiful the other candidate's houses were and how smart they were for making good investments (in Newt's case) and how good they were for being rich. Talking about RP's house all they had to say was that it was dirty, had ugly decor, and that he was asking too much.

The Agent is pissed because Paul didnt bother hiring a RE agent. You dont have to if you know what you are doing. Slamming him for that is a joke, he is probably the only one with the sense to sell without an agent.

He will get 325k for it eventually, partially because of who he is. Hell Id buy it and move to Texas but a 50 minute commute into Houston to find work would probably suck.

Here (in North NJ right outside of NYC). A house like that would easily go for 500k.

Huntsman's house looks like a resort. If I had so much money that I was just casually adding bathrooms to my house and buying every classic automobile I ever saw, Ron Paul would already be president.

I'm fine with electing someone that is smarter than the average joe, or a better manager, or has a history of success. I'd hope the leader was way better than average. But when they live in a 10, or 50 million dollar home and have a 100+ million in the bank, they can not wear blue jeans and work boots and try to 'awww shucks, I'm one of you common folks' without being a hypocrite. Not unless they made it themselves like a Perot.
