What to me is kool and unmentioned so far is that the people in the media don't do much thinking, they just learn point and fetch. They build a list of people/places to check out anything that comes up, categorized by issue, and when ever something crops up, just run to wherever the list sez to get the scoop. The GOOD thing about that is, it LOOKS like we may now be on the list of first contacts. NOt only that, they put it out to others that they will be keping tabs at RPF, so you KNOW their competition will too....
To help it along a little, we should put them on the top of the list when anything noteworthy occurs for press notices.

I personnaly think it is a bad thing that they have and are putting the forum on the news. It shows that they are knowledgeable about it and you can generally see this in the more fanatical/crazy/extreme people on the forum. I think that they are most likely plants. Then they announce the presence on TV so anyone who comes here thinks we are all crazy thanks to the plants.

I wish the forums was like it was back a year or so ago when no one but real Ron Paul supporters knew about it.

Beyond the first day or two I don't think the forum has ever been promoted. Based on the RFTR, it's still pretty unknown. As for non real supporters being here, it doesn't matter IMO. So long as everyone follows the forum guidelines.
