Today Ron Paul on Alex Jones Show, Time, TBD, 11am - 2pm CT

Looking forward to this. How many prisonplant.tv subscribers in this thread?

Also, this is a recorded interview from this morning at 6:30am EST. So Ron won't be taking calls.
EDIT: oops bad link

Yea man, anyone who actually wants success must be a sell-out. They're probably also part of the 1%, I say auto-ban

No, anyone who wants Ron Paul to alienate a great deal of long time supporters because they feel somehow it would help get him elected (it wouldn't) are the sell-outs and cowards.

Now I get it. Its rather unfortunate though. If he gets high enough in the polls this is the stuff his opponents will attack him with.

He's been on Alex Jones plenty of times before, you can't attack him for being on someone's show.

8ClicksPerSecond hit the nail on the head. As long as Ron doesn't go off script like he has done recently in MSM interviews anyway there's no problem. The media would rather ignore Alex Jones than give him a bigger audience by using him to attack Ron Paul. Plus they can always hype him being on the show before. The positives of Ron going on AJ far outweigh the negs....as long as Ron stays on script.

Noone is concerned RP is going on Alex Jones when he is just becoming mainstream?

First thing I thought when I saw the thread. I'm not sure about this judgment call, being on this particular show at this particular point in time.

You never want to give your opponents the opportunity to paint you as guilty by association if you do not have to.

Where can I find more of those people? They sound better than the lose-at-any-cost people in this thread

As someone asked before, explain how Rand Paul won while he went on Alex Jones throughout his campaign.

Also, this "all Truthers are bad for Ron Paul" really just means "I'm uncomfortable with Truthers and they all are Luke Rudkowski clones".

I guess no one other then me went to the LibertyFest event in NYC. RevPac mixing with the Truther, Free State and other groups. It was so evil. I mean Mike Church and Thomas Woods clearly destroyed their reps. by having open discussion with people.

Sad how much people fear the Bill/Hannity backlash. Like if Ron denounced "Truthers" they would endorse him.

Not going on AJ would alienate his listeners?

You're right, we should stick with the incredibly successful 2008 strategy

I'm not pissed off...i just don't get it.

Same here. Also, acting like AJ is a good target audience to go on, makes no sense to me. If AJ is speaking the truth already, then his listeners should already support RP, unless I'm missing something?

+rep. Too much facts in your post though. It might hurt some people's heads. ;)

Yeah, it was Ron Paul going on a radio show that cost him the last election

Yea man, if anything the "your supporters are truthers" debate moment added 3% to his overall total at the end of the election. These things can only help with the GOP base

If he ignored them, Ron Paul might lose precious campaign money. Also, it's always a great interview because Ron Paul is given an outlet to talk about key topics.

Honest question, whom do you think help make our Million dollar moneybombs break 1 million? All those head-in-the-sand Fox viewers we've converted over the last 4 years?

Ron Paul isn't on the show for more votes. He's on for more money. For the past several months people have been beside themselves wondering how to get the moneybombs promoted on AJ's show. This is how.

Until we can legally buy votes I don't think that matters much
