Today in internal tracking (internal polls by campaigns as reported to Politico re: Iowa)

Santorum is making a big push at the expense of Perry/Bachman.

Don't be surprised at all if he pulls of a "strong 3rd place" in Iowa and benefits from a major Fox/Red State push heading into NH, SC and FL.

Actually, the Red State guy was guest hosting Boortz yesterday and nailed Santorum hard, saying he never has been a fiscal conservative and he'd never support him. But I do agree that whichever of the 3 (perry, bachmann, santorum) turns in a 2nd or 3rd place finish, they will immediately be pushed hard by Fox et al

Then hopefully there is no clear 3rd place finisher :D
