The blimp sets him out from the pack....he deserves it. I happened to see a reuters article today talking about the debate and Rons blimp. The article ended by suggesting that the hostilities towards Ron at the debate might have been due to jealousy

I had the great honor to meet ron and his wife carol yesterday afternoon at Liberty Steakhouse in MB, I had about a good 15min talk with Carol during that time. The blimp came up and you could just see her eyes light up, a few minutes later we both watched as the blimp flew over head...a sureal moment....lets keep this thing going guys!!!

Can we please focus on newspaper ads and other things right now. The blimp has run its course. Now we need to do things that help the campaign and get us votes.

I doubt Ron Paul has any idea of the cost of the blimp or the way this has fractured all of us. More people are shouting about the blimp than willing to help make a phone call to win an actual vote. I started a thread asking folks to please help 125 people in AZ make over 400,000 phone calls this weekend and barely anyone has even been willing to type the word BUMP into the thread.

If you all won't do that much, then you can save your money on a blimp because it is worthless without a follow up phone call.

Of course Ron Paul said something positive about the blimp, how could he say anything else? But he is not being asked whether or not it is transferring into votes. That is all we should be focusing on right now - winning and getting votes.

We need to be spreading the message. So please help.

You're right. I do both. We all should. The idea is to get as many fronts as possible. The blimp will get people looking and questioning. A follow-up phone call / letter / newspaper ad is the sealer of the deal.
