11 Right to refuse to undergo medical treatment
Everyone has the right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment.

Simple. Clean.

Would make any coercion like vaccine passports unconstitutional.

If you wanted to end the war on drugs and Roe Vs Wade at the same time you just add

"The government shall not restrict access to medical care when informed consent is obtained" or some such.

I dunno, people really wanna feel safe against a totalitarian government right now. Never waste a crisis.
