TIME tries to hide the fact that Ron Paul WINS their Poll.

The Ron Paul people were ALL OVER that article in the comments section. I dont think theres one comment there that didnt mention Ron Paul.

Anyone reading that article will surely realize whats going on if they take a glance at the comment section.

I noticed this too. I went through three pages of comments and every comment was about Ron Paul.

Now's the moment for the makers of "For Liberty" to make another documentary, this time making the news the news, and showing how the MSM uses blackout and other techniques to subvert the Ron Paul message. There is a hell of a lot of video and pictoral material already out there, and it needs to be stitched together by a suitable narrator - maybe Tom Woods - whilst simultaneously highlighting all RP's major standpoints and the reasons why the establishment and media want to destroy him and his message so badly. Maybe RT would broadcast it and even fund its creation? But the sooner it is done, the better.

People must be made aware of the media manipulation or the masses will remain confused, misinformed and in the dark.

someone needs to make this happen asap, great idea

I think it was supposed to look like this...

As much as I mentally prepare myself for this kind of crap, it still makes me soooo mad when it actually happens. Not surprised, but still beyond irritated. There really does need to be a documentary about the msm in general, and their manipulation and distortion of facts (aka lying).

It's definitely not a big surprise, but with the much more positive media attention RP has been getting this time around, it is kind of odd that TIME would be so blatant about their bias.

I really love the screed-shot idea that JoshLowry posted on this thread. I would also say, as a step further, an entire website dedicated to exposing media biases against Ron Paul in 2012 would be a good idea for someone to explore. This is something the official campaign could actually use to their benefit with all the money we're throwing at them.

Easy to do with a Wordpress.com blog. It is free and simple. Take action my friend... make it happen!

I like this idea1

Another thing that would need to be included is the fact that many of the other presidential candidates are stealing Ron Paul's standpoints for their own power grabs. I only just got around to watching the first 45 minutes of the CNN presidential debate yesterday, and the subtext of the debate seemed to be to marginalize RP personally, and yet at the same time use the occasion as an opportunity to put the principles he supports into the mouths of his competitors. Do we stand back and let the public believe that they are doing so from sincerity of their own beliefs, or make it be known who has been standing by those principles for so long and why those competitors are picking up on them, i.e. as an attempt to pick up the votes that belong to RP.

So, who is up for a grassroots attempt to get this documentary off the ground? We need a video team and dossier of best (worst?) examples of smear techniques used by Fox reporters etc. If the "For Liberty" team would allow it, it would be great to use their intro with Obama, Hilary Clinton et al on multiple TV screens, and then RP taking up the entire screen afterwards, because it can't be beat.

Another idea for the narrator: Jack Hunter

Tom Woods is great for injecting humour; his comment about the mainstream media's acceptable range of opinion being between Mitt Romney and Hilary Clinton is a classic.

The article is from june 16th though. it was written long before the online poll ended just a couple days ago. there is probably a different article that goes with the poll results.

if this is true. that is somewhat better but the bottom line is the media is full of crap and they are obviously trying to marginalize ron paul! It is obviously so!! This makes them all time, cnn, msnbc, fox full of lies and basically no better then the terrorists !! Usa Domestic terrorists basically include the federal government/police state and msm media!!

It is true...this was the article in the issue before the baracketology poll. I haven't been able to pick up the newest issue of Time, but that one is supposed to have the poll results published along with analyzation of the results.

Easy folks... the article linked to in the OP was written before the poll was completed. It says June 16th in the byline. It's still a crummy article, but it's not trying to hide the fact that Ron Paul won.

There was another short mention of the results online a few days ago. It said Romney won the mail-in vote by a large margin, Ron Paul supporters won the online poll through an organized effort, and mentioned that Bozo the Clown got a write-in vote, just to be sure that no one would take Ron Paul's organizational prowess and widespread support too seriously.
