*Time is running out* ~60 NATIONAL Delegates ON THE LINE (territories)

Northern Mariana Islands Guam, US Virgin Islands are all going to go down March 10 and they're all caucuses.

What we need to do is to identify supporters in those areas, we must scour Facebook, Meetup, any liberty, young republican groups and just identify Ron Paul supporters.

Then we need to identify local issues most important to them, how can a President Paul realistically help them...etc..

We're trying to get calling lists but if we can't do that we'll have to do it grassroots style with flyers and have the locals pass them out as people go in to vote.

I don't see why funneling a few grand from the campaign for radio or even tv ads would be a bad idea. I think these people would love some attention by a candidate and not taken from granted. I also think the calling is a great idea. Perhaps some facebook ads targeting these areas.

Perhaps we can get word to Wead and perhaps jockey for a win in one of these areas. I do not think the media would say anything because it would presume that these citizens are any "less of a citizen" than anywhere else, and would be seen as bigoted.

I just talked to one of the Puerto Rico Ron Paul organizers

Here is basically what he told me.

1) They have a small grassroots organization (about 40 known supporters)
2) They have 18 delegates registered that will be voted on primary day
3) Polls open Sunday 3/18 @ 8am-3pm
4) Closed primary, can register same day (with a border I.D.)
5) They are planning to come out with some commercial ads
6) Romney's got the establishment support (money, political, influential)
7) We can win, just need to overwhelm the establishment with real voters turning out (which isn't hard)
8) He is going to send me a contact list and we will be calling into P.R. this weekend

How YOU can help.

1) If you have campaign material you'd like to send to P.R. they would truly appreciate it (PM me for address)
2) If you would like to help call into P.R. please speak up, especially if you have skype or google voice and can call for cheap.

All the internet savvy people, we gotta somehow track down grassroots organizers in these territories.

Colleges might be a good place to start. If I get time later today I'll see if I can find any Ron Paul groups.

Lots of people from PR in the military. No donations liosted from the bases actually there, though. Try meet-ups in spanish?

If anybody can PLEASE call the numbers 1836 posted for the GOP heads and get information on how the caucuses work (and other details like open/closed, register on spot, how delegates get selected, how you can be a delegate...for Romney?) without giving yourselves away then posting the information here, that would help tremendously.

How can I help in Wisconsin??!??!?!?!?

Gotta call the numbers 1836 posted.

Here is the website for Guam's GOP, which gives directors but no contact information: http://gu.gop.com/ It is also ACTUALLY the RNC's page for Guam, not a Guam GOP page. They don't seem to have one. That's true for a few of these.

As far as Costa Rica, it is an independent country over which the U.S. government has no jurisdiction. Besides that, I'm pretty sure you covered all the territories that participate in the nomination process.
