Time for Ron Paul Fans to Stop Supporting the Constitution

Because sometimes you have to vote for something, or someone, that offends your principles in order to support your principles.

For such a brilliant work of satire I am wondering why there are tears in my eyes?

I can't even laugh at the situation anymore.

In my wish that the generation in power can't die off soon enough,
You do realize that the remnant that Dr. Paul speaks of so often, are a part of that generation that you want to "die off".

I also want to make sure the next one isn't as stupid.

Oh, they are. Don't worry.

When the Greatest Generation won WWII, they knew what they were doing it for. The way the Constitution works, or is supposed to work, and the values this nation was founded upon, were still taught, still handed down, to a far greater degree than today. If we can demonstrate to them how it is being disrespected and incrementalized, they can become some of our movement's greatest teachers.

The generation 'in power', if one generation can be said to be in power, are quite a bit younger than they are. And they pass garbage bills written by people fresh out of college. We can't wait that long.

When freedom becomes inconvenient, Democrats drop it like it’s hot. Republicans, on the other hand, take at least a few seconds to think about it before dropping freedom and violating the Constitution because they are demanded by the moneyed-interest groups Republicans need to win elections.

rofl!
