Tim Morgan RNC attorney from CA arrives in NV to prevent unbinding of delegates

hope our attorneys are there too.

Also, this should strengthen our Rule 11 argument, the RNC is acting in a partisan fashion for one of the candidates, in violation of their rule 11.

Is he even licensed to practice law in Nevada? If not, might his advice constitute practicing law without a license?

I highlighted in your title that he is from CA. And Tod raises an interesting point. NV is very harsh on attys practicing law there without a NV license. Dunno if this qualifies or whether he is presenting himself as a busybody in someone else's business, overtly.

So doesn't this settle the argument on whether to bind or unbind?

If Romney wants them bound....that means we should do the opposite!

The boots on the ground need to really make an issue of this. Nevada has strict laws that differ from other states regarding professional licensing and applicability. For example, you have to actually live in the State of Nevada to handle insurance claims as a licensed adjuster. That is unlike any other State in the Country.

I would assume there are similar restrictions when it comes to practicing law.

Funny if only 10 states of the 50 would be seated at the RNC because of Romney's challenges. The gig would definitely be up then. ;)

Then they fight you.

I realize we've said we were at this stage before but I'd say was always premature. I think it's safe to say now we're seeing the real depths of curruption embedded in the system and they're bringing out the big guns. We'll soon see that there is no republic and there is no democracy, there are only the parties and the absolute control they have over the process.

Then we win. :)

I looked this guy up, he does not seem to be admitted in NV. also, he is not in the Nevada Bar 'find an attorney' online service.

At worst, we expose the corrupt underbelly of the beast.
