Federal prosecutors indicted the three men accused of killing Ahmaud Arbery on hate crime and attempted kidnapping charges, the Department of Justice announced Wednesday. Arbery, a 25-year-old Black man, was out for a jog near Brunswick, Georgia, on February 23, 2020, when he was chased down in a truck by three men and fatally shot. Two of the three men -- Gregory and Travis McMichael -- claimed to be conducting a citizen's arrest and acted in self-defense.

A third man, William "Roddie" Bryan Jr., who recorded video of Arbery's death, allegedly hit Arbery with his truck after he joined the McMichaels in the chase.

All three men were charged with one count of interference with rights and with one count of attempted kidnapping, according to a news release from the Justice Department.

Travis McMichael and his father, Gregory McMichael, were charged with one count each of using, carrying, and brandishing (in Travis's case discharging) a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.

Feds going after Chauvin and the other officers on scene also. Expect Feds to crack down on whitey to push the 'white supremist, terrorist' narrative under Biden.

Girl says she hates her boyfriend before killing him. Hate crime?

Guy declares hate for women on Fedbook. Gets caught sexually assaulting a woman. Hate crime?

Guy says he hates walmart and shoplifts from the store. Hate crime?

Sure, any attempt to perform a citizen’s arrest should result in a kidnapping charge. Come to think of it, any cop trying to arrest someone should be charged with kidnapping too.

What a wonderful world it will be without any arrests of any kind.

They should at least mention in the article, toward the top, that he was on camera trespassing in the house that was under construction right before the chase..
