Bush wouldn't know the Constitution from the back of a Fruity Pebbles Box....I doubt he's ever read it. Don't forget, Bush called the Constitution, "just a goddamn piece of paper," when discussing the Patriot Act with advisers. I believe his right to quote the document is null and void.
