thousands of people descending on wall st?

mainstream media is afraid of reporting too much on this, playing it down as much as they can.

I would so table and pass out fliers there if I lived anywhere nearby. I'm in Texas -_-

Sent it out in an e-mail. This would really help the campaign if this went viral.

Dear god, these people sound like Ron Paul supporters who don't know Ron Paul. Someone get there, please. If this becomes a Ron Paul movement, that's the presidency.

It really is amazing how closely tied some of the same issues that people identify themselves as being on the left and the right would actually agree on if they could just look past the political party implications and instead just focus on identifying the problems.

It's so funny earlier today I was watching the Five on Fox news and they tried to lightly touch on the topic of the protesters as left wing hippies that were anti business. And yes there maybe some individuals down there that lean communist or anarchist or what have you and the media seems to focus on that, but most of those people are just regular men and women that have some concerns about the economy and jobs and are trying to find a way to express their frustration.

The attacks on such groups are much like the whole racist or separatist angle of the media when the cover the Tea party. These arguments are used by the media and political parties to keep us separated and divided so we never actually get together as people without needing leaders to agree on some of the common problems that continue to plague us.

You are more correct about this than you know, if this was 15 years ago I would probably be down there with these people. It's only because I've matured, have learned many different political ideas and principles and understand the strengths and weakness of each and most importantly found individuals I can get behind like Ron Paul, that I'm instead trying to get him elected to make meaningful change as opposed to standing outside in the rain beating a drum.

Yes, as you get older you learn to effect change from within the system. At that's how I am now.

Actually, they sound like pot-smoking hippie liberals.

Not that there's anything wrong with smoking pot...

The event is ripe for agent provocateurs. If you go, keep your head/awareness and be smart.

Actually, they sound like pot-smoking hippie liberals.

They are only characterized and some of them dress and may even behave that way because they are expressing rebellious emotions and only know examples of the 1960s as a well to express them. If they were actually educated about Ron Paul and his opposition to the Federal Reserve and understanding why then I'm sure it would have some impact on their lives and may change their approach on how best to express their deep rooted concerns both political and economical.

As far as the pot-smoking, hey more power to them. The drug war needs to stop.

What is their goal; the objective; the vision.

Sounds incoherent.

New yorkers for ron paul need to set up table.

Someone on my facebook shared a photo. I commented. I was promptly called a "tea bagger." Let them have it; it seems disjointed and prone to fall into a riot anyway.

Uh... no. They sound like the same old liberal socialist protestors that have been around forever.

Many of them are potential RP supporters, this group is very anti-war and anti-establishment. Would be a good idea to pass out some RP flyers there.
