Sorry, but my blood pressure likewise is off the charts on this news.

When the reports come out for annual meetings and resolutions, the shareholders must make resolutions to shut this down. They must attend the annual meeting if they can afford to do so, and pull out every stop to get these idiots voted out.

There are strict time limits on submitting resolutions. It is going to take a wave of investor's to overcome the institutional votes that will continue to go along with the elite.

Make the heat so hot at the annual meetings, where the news can not ignore what is coming down. That is the only way to shut these idiots down.

Even if one can't attend the annual meeting the resolution still might have enough people to cause change. People still get to vote even if they can't attend.

They will always tell you they don't support the resolution and try to give you a reason why it will not be good for the company. ERR, I mean their pocket book.

I suspect a bunch are already on board and ready to do this, and the more that raise heck the more chance for change.

What's even more F'ed up is the fact that when a publicly traded company goes bankrupt, the shareholders are considered owners and therefore are the very last to see any of their money...

As an example, a public company can file bankruptcy due to irresponsible decisions and or dishonest leadership, and those same people that led the company to fail will be the first to be compensated, way ahead of Joe Public who has his/her pension invested in the company.

The system is broken and we need to start over.
