Total video converter to get the format right, then I just used windows movie maker. It's free, and it's actually very good if you need to crank something out in a hurry. I'll be using power director and a myriad of other programs now though, since there is a lot more material to work with. I you guys are looking for any audio editing softwar to edit yourt movie sounds, I'd suggest you try audacity, it's great for isolating sounds and creating custom clips to overlay on your video. Plus it's free.
