This Video Is Creepy! Can Someone Explain What's Happening To Rand's Eyes?

I just had to post this and get your feedback.

Hit play and then watch the timer until it gets to 1:07. Pause it.
Just as Rand says "so the devil is in the details", his eyelids are closed and
it almost appears like there are fake eyes drawn on top of them! Can you see
it?? It's the weirdest thing! Am I going crazy or do you see it too? There's
got to be a reasonable explanation for this:

eahhhh.....that IS bizarre! A little "subliminal" editing? Maybe he blinked a couple times in rapid succession at a rate that was similar to, or a multiple of, the frame rate and the camera frames snapped at just the wrong instant?

I see it. That is bizarre. I am guessing the uploader or FNC edited the video to give him white bags under the eyes and we probably would not have noticed if it was not for the editing mistake with his eyes closing at 1:10.

This is a satellite compression problem. It happens all the time with fast moving pixels. Blinking is the fastest thing a person does, and the software the decompression computer uses translates at a different speed.

You can see pixelation around his mouth too. It's like bad digital ghosting. I see it on my TV (over the air antennae, digital signal) if the signal decays, but it happens on computers if something happened to the graphics card while it was recording.

I have seen feed problems with people frozen for a second and their eyes closed. This looks different because it was colorized.

I did not think they would have make-up for a shot like this but maybe they did, using the wrong shade around his eyes on top of the feed freezing.

I knew there had to be a logical explanation. But it does look as if the eyes are literally drawn on the lids rather than the actual image of his eyes appearing on top of them. WEIRD! Thanks!

I've seen videos like this of other celebs and politicians. It's creepy looking but I agree that it's just digital video artifacts.
