Our message is winning, 100%, no doubt.

Just was on Facebook, and the smattering of pro-Paul comments from my libertarian friends is constant, but nothing new.

Tonight, two liberal friends posted pro-Ron Paul comments/videos! Truly amazing. One of them was an avid Obama supporter in 08 and is now praising Paul. It's almost shocking for me to see this. And I don't think these are anamolies.

RP at the debate tonight made an amazing point when they asked about his chances vs. Obama. He said the ideas of freedom he is promoting have broad appeal. He's soooooo right here. Independents and some democrats would actually switch and vote Ron Paul in the general, but if Romney or Gingrich were nominated they would simply vote Obama again, even though he disappointed them.

Just realize no matter what happens, Ron Paul has completely changed the debate in this country and is winning in the battle of ideas.

I am noticing the same shift. My pro-paul threads on facebook used to be filled with neo-con one-liners peppered with my responses. Now I usually have two-three people backing me up on each thread I start. Paul supporters are coming out of the closet and are more willing now to support him openly, and large percentage of others are quickly warming up to him.

I just got this comment on facebook out the blue from someone who I've never heard a response from about my Ron Paul spam wall posts tonight:

"Btw Kyle, just finished watching the Ron Paul debate highlights. He killed it. Definitely hoping he wins."

Then he said he had no idea the process on how to register to vote, so I showed him Arizona's online form even though I had posted it 15 minutes earlier to my wall. lol

constantly seeing the same thing... the people are waking up, starting to see past the Dempublican cage

I think this is the campaigns ultimate goal. A nomination is icing on the cake. This is what really matters to Ron Paul, it is the culmination of everything he has ever stood for.

I think Ron could emerge from Super Tuesday within striking distance if Gingrich can win Florida and subsequently, at least, split winner take all votes through super Tuesday with Mittens. I can imagine them both imploding as the race continues, with Ron reeling them into a 3-way slug fest. I think Frothy is essentially irrelevant whether he drops or stays.

I had a friend last week reply to one of my posts with "Ron Paul for President!!!". This week I had a relative post on my FB wall this video & asked if I had seen/posted it. So I reposted it, and another friend liked it. All these people have previously never responded to anything I posted about Paul. Also my father finally made the leap from "Paul's a kook" to "Paul is probably the best candidate but everything he would try would fail due to lack of support." Progress!

edit: almost forgot, my father also told me I should get in touch with one of his friends cause they are now a Paul supporter. All this in one week...when I typically get little to no reaction from anyone

It is certainly funny to see them agreeing with him in the debate. Bottom line for any sane person is that the three of them aren't even electable in a contest against Obama. Only Ron Paul has the distinct ability to draw in the Dems and Indys, and the "paulbots" now own the GOP. Anyone in politics can see this, they are just trying real hard to keep it hush, hush. This is an interesting election cycle to be sure. It will be a standout for years to come, and politics in the US will never be the same.

ron paul needs to pass some laws that make elections much more transparent and with much less biased in media.. so this bullshit will never happen again. at least give third party a fighting chance in election.

A big part of the answer is range voting, like the Olympics: Give everyone a score from 0 to 10 or 1 to 10. This kind of voting system has the ability to demolish the two-party system, whereas plurality voting (what we have now) inherently trends toward a two-party or one-party system. Aside from that, ballot restrictions need to be seriously trimmed down.

There's no way to directly prevent media bias without unconstitutional government control over the media, but you can indirectly eliminate it gradually by eliminating the FCC and removing the government regulations that have consolidated the media market under a few corporations.

If Ron Paul wins, I'll definitely write him a letter suggesting range voting...and the ability for citizens to create ballot initiatives to directly repeal any federal law! That would be a wonderful check/balance if we could exercise it, because it would ensure that only laws with near-universal appeal could remain effective. If either of those ideas pass - especially as Constitutional Amendments - we'll have a much easier time getting freedom lovers in office and ending tyrannical laws.

Want to chime in with my story of the night, a text message from a buddy who hasn't shown any interest in politics but who recently (2-3 years ago) served a tour in Iraq:

Him: Did u watch the debates ?

Me: The first hour, watching the rest later tonight, did you watch them?

Him: Gonna watch it later too just got home . Who do u want

Me: Lol you know

Him: Ha ha ha ha I do. He is a boss bro

He didn't watch the debate tonight but he's paying attention. Kind of made all my RP spamming worth it if I convinced only one person.

Dang good job guys!! I'm new to the team but I've been spamming Dr. Paul stuff on my fb wall since November but I haven't gotten even like yet! I'll keep at it though! Still waiting for my first convert!

just in last 24 hrs, RP FB page went from 795k to 800k. not saying that things will suddenly change but the message is working and doing good in debates helps a lot.
i liked his answer about comparison with Obama, but he should have added that he is getting the largest chunk of the youth and independents' vote. there is no way the other three could beat Obama.
If the GOP really wants to win, it needs to nominate Dr.Paul.
if it just wants to put up a show and let things carry on as usual, then Romney would be fine. I have pity for that guy, he thinks he can beat Obama !

i am really digging hearing him called 'boss' all over the place. it's such a subtle, yet powerful meme and it's definitely the word people are starting to use not just here, but on comment boards everywhere... 'like a boss'. it's incredibly powerful, as it redefines Ron Paul from kindly old gentlemen into someone cool and worthy of respect. really, really good to hear it come from people that aren't hardcore like us.

This is the meme we were looking for and it completely destroys the unelectable propaganda.

I am active on a forum made up of hundreds of conservative Catholic women. I've seen Ron Paul grow on that group in a big way. Just a few days ago someone started a thread about not liking her options this election season and 8 or more women all started explaining Ron Paul's platform and linking to YouTubes.

I've done alot of that too and have heard from nobody on my "spam" list.
Kinda lonely but I gotta share the truth. I figure they can delete the e-mails or tell me not to send them any more. So far, nada.

I heard from some non supporters too.

One woman a coworker of my gf texted her and said newt and romney were ridiculous and that she is warming upto Ron
