Whereas the Federal Government has broken it's contract with the "several states" to provide a republican form of government:
Whereas the Federal government has violated and continues to violate its prime directive in preserving and defending the Constitution and the Bill of Rights:
Whereas the citizens of these states can longer agree on what these primary rights and obligations are within the several states:
Whereas the above conditions describe the onset of tyranny, dissolution and economic collapse:
Therefore the Secession Party supports the valid and just rights of those within the states or groups of states to declare their independence from and release of obligation to, the Federal Government of the United States, in order to preserve the birthrights of all people to live in liberty.
