The Ron Paul Rope-a-Dope

I agree with...

I agree with most of what he said but don't think Guilliani is even going to do super tuesday

The ghoul stated that he would be in it until after Super Tuesday.

That IS what he said.. I hope not though.

But what do you expect him to say?

"I plan to fail miserably in Florida and therefore fail to make Super Tuesday, thus bringing to an end the most poorly planned, poorly executed and most arrogant primary campaign this country has even known."

Of course I could be wrong, but I don't see why Giuliani wouldn't stay in for just one more week. Even if he's broke, I'm sure he's already paid for ads that have run or are running in a lot of the Super Tuesday states, so why wouldn't he stay in and see how he does? If Huckabee stays in after tomorrow, I don't see why Giuliani wouldn't.

You never know, but for some reason, politicians never want to admit that they're even considering dropping out -- even if it's obvious and everyone knows it, they'll deny it right to the last second. I believe Thompson was still denying the day before he dropped out.

Sadly, I expect Ghoul to begin his campaign after Florida. I think he has much more money than the MSM is telling us, and come Jan 31 I think we'll learn this to be the truth once the official numbers are released.

One very important thing to consider... Huckabee will drop out. All his delegates are likely to vote for RP.

I think we should hold a party on the day the Ghoul drops out. I'm gonna dance like nobody's watching, and sing like I'm in the shower. And, I'm gonna laugh my ass off.:D

I'm curious why you say that -- all of Ron's qualities that should appeal to Christians haven't caused them to flock to him so far.

I am 99% certain that Huckabee is gone next week, though -- and that alone will help.

All of the other candidates are so bad that it's hard to pick one as worse from another, but I really think we'll have dodged a bullet if we don't get the Ghoul. He scares the hell out of me.

ROn Pauls the only other anti-IRS candidate, so all these new voters who've been explained the evils of the IRS only have one other option.

Many of us have spoken about this or close to this strategy before. Apparently, we were not far off in our extimates. We even spoke of staying beneath the radar. :) Look at Huckabee. Still there, but not allowed to win again as yet. And the carrot dangling before all the "top" three.

So if this is the case, we absolutely must be successful with the money bombs coming up and give him what he needs to drive the momentum forward. :D

Fiuliani is desperate now. He must win Florida, but it does not look good for him. Just listening to this guy tells you a lot. How did he ever win the mayoralty in NY. Must have been diebolds.
He is not Presidential material and frankly, he is running a not very good campaign. Bad managers? Maybe, but he has no charisma and no strong message. Who has even noticed him missing in the primaries and caucuses so far?

We really want this everybody. Please let us give it all we have in effort and money.

Thanks for all you do. :)

I don't think hucks supporters will vote for ron paul.

if people think mccain will end the war........and vote for him.

yeah. nobody knows ron pauls issues.

I'm a born again Christian. I'm flocking. Flock. Flock. Flock.

We need Huckabee out!!!

And get those "life and liberty" slim jims in the hands of Christians!

Why would anybody drop out before 5 Feb? they have nothing to lose by staying in and who knows, Rudy or Huck could really catch on for all anyone knows.

I don't see why anyone would drop out before ScooperTwooozeday..

Paul needs to gain more people to his cause on the basis of his own message and not on the basis of others dropping out. Look at the Dems. Even though Edwards has about 15% he is getting ignored. Huck and Rudy dropping will make it a two man match up as far as the media is concerned unless Ron Paul makes some real progress and WINS some states.
