The Revolution needs you to vote for Obama

I get what Phree is saying if McCain won, Ron Paul could never run against a GOP incumbent in 2012. He has a fair point. And no democrats come over from the dark side. Now the ones that are against the wars, just might.

Thanks ProBlue,

I've taken a lot of shit from people in this thread, most of whom didn't even bother to investigate what I was presenting. I'm actually shocked how few people have understood something that seems so obvious and it's reassuring to hear from someone who does.

So what happens if the GOP doesn't nominate Ron Paul in 2012? Vote the democrat again? Also, what happens if Ron doesn't run in '12?

I'm not trying to give you shit, I'm asking a legitimate question based on the premise of your initial post.

Ron Paul isn't the only thing happening in this movement.

No, I doubt it would be beneficial to vote for Obama again regardless of who runs for the GOP. The idea was to let him expose himself to the "hopefuls" as a NWO puppet. He is doing that more everyday and I expect the next race to be a lot closer than the last. Obama will probably win a second term because he'll plunge us into war so deeply the sheeple won't want to change Commander in Chiefs in 2012. Anyway, the thing that really matters is the process of waking up Americans and it is happening and will continue past 2012 one way or another.

Since most people won't read this thread thoroughly I want to restate a few things about myself. It's not an ego thing or a defensive move; I believe many of you are making some wrong assumptions about the concept I presented because of wrong assumptions you have about me.

I was eligible to vote in 1976 but I never registered until 1992 and that was to support Ross Perot. The second time I voted was for Kerry, and that was solely to block Bush from re-election. In 2008 it was clear that Obama would take the election in my state so I voted for Baldwin.

I have donated as much money as I possibly could to support Ron and Rand Paul, and also Peter Schiff.

Since I don't have much money I chose to help Operation Live Free or Die in late 2007. I left on Christmas morning and drove 1300 miles to NH and stayed until Jan. 10.

I remain committed to this movement, and I will continue to give what little I can.

zach, eat my ass. I took a lot of shit and I'm enjoying giving it back.

Danke, brilliant observation. Yes, I've been bumping this thread mostly to say "fuck you" to the parade of close-minded losers who were rude to me when I was doing my best to help the liberty movement.

I appreciate the few people who took the time to understand what I was proposing, and those who had the decency to at least consider it without reflexively branding me an Obama Troll. Too bad it was so few people.

What I've learned from working in the freedom movement is that a large percentage of those involved are pretty dense. I believe in the future I'll just work toward making my own life better and forget about you all and everyone else who isn't a close neighbor. Given the apparent stupidity of so many Ron Paul supporters I think this is a good time for me to divorce myself of the political process as much as possible. In other words, if the idiots on this forum are the core of the movement then I'll be leaving the Titanic now.

You had some points on strategic voting and then you posted this and defeated your own 300+/2 year old thread. Obama did win and then you say F the political process after you did your best to convince people to vote for national health care, expanded wars, 700 billion, stimulus, massive government and federal reserve power increase on banking and impending cap and trade? Thanks for nothing.

It's not a big deal of who said what and the outcome.

This is 2010, and most have realized that the opportunity to work with each other instead of dividing ourselves based on internal prophecy and prediction can help the New Revolution rather than to say, "I told you so" and act like the intelligent hero when there are people behind the curtain orchestrating this entire play without anyone's help.

Klamath-the poster child for ignorant Ron Paul supporters.

It's not a big deal of who said what and the outcome.

It's a big deal. It showed me how worthless Ron Paul supporters and the political process are. Now I'm just preparing for anarchy.
