You seem to have purposely brought this thread up from to promote Trump.

Since this is my thread, and you felt the need to spew your Pro Trump bile....allow me.

I think that this whole thread, the idea that Trump could be of benefit to us, is a dangerous game.

The GOP is not dissolving. It is uniting behind him. If we aren't careful, we could be left without a party to operate from....and the Republicans could be as strong as ever.

I stand by my statements. I think...I think...that he could be of use. I hope that he will destabilize the GOP.

But now I KNOW I cannot in good faith call myself a Republican anymore. We have no real leadership, and I am wandering in the desert.

If we reach the promised land in 2020, we will be vilified. If we don't, it will likely be because our voices have been drown out of the discussion.

Neither the system or the party is going anywhere...but we are. We're walking in the wilderness without a home, praying for good times ahead.

But do NOT mistake this as an endorsement of his campaign. Fight Trump!

He isn't Pat Buchanan or Andrew Bacevich on foreign policy. They like the Iran deal. Trump thinks it is a bad deal. He is a pragmatist underneath all the bluster and will decide on issues as they come. Also accusations of his xenophobia rings hollow to me when one considers the mass murder of Muslims conducted by the American Empire. I find Trump appealing for the same reasons (he upsets the Neocons) as Raimondo but I don't think he is going to end the Empire. I could see Trump demanding tribute from his Delian League which would be hilarious and dangerous if it led to a new Peloponnesian War. Which would you rather have a puppet of an oligarch or an oligarch himself? Remember, Saban has his hand up Hillary's you know what and the same goes for people like Adelson on the Republican side.

The only group that seems to flirt with the idea of putting a stop to the madness is the US military. Admiral Fallon, Admiral Mullen, General Dempsey, Lt. General Michael Flynn have stood up to this nonsense. The US is in North Com's jurisdiction.

I can't take anything serious anymore. Humanity is a joke, not just politics. This cry for "freeeedddoom" is just as absurd as Trump,, You aren't getting any freedom back EVER without a real blood in the streets revolution, it ain't happening while Grandma still gets her meds and single mommas get free everything, and like 1/2 the US population is living off the government via welfare, employment, or Social security (repeating myself) there will be no revolution.

So, relax you don't matter at all, the train is to big, and it's heading down a steep incline. Why jump in front of it, it will destroy itself and most of us eventually. Enjoy the Show.

I'd vote for Trump if he wins the nomination if I were moved to vote at all this time around, simply because he's much more entertaining. Why not laugh? We may be 10 seconds from crashing into the side of a mountain, but we WILL be Entertained until the end Damn It, that's my right as a Murican Citizen.
